Beach Villa Miguel is a sweet 3 bedroomed property with a surprisingly large private pool, uniquely located just a few steps from the sandy beach of Son Baulo in the Northern Mallorca.

With a perfect sandy beach just 250m away and shops, bars, restaurants in close proximity, Beach Villa Miguel is the perfect choice for all those who want a relaxing holiday in Mallorca without the need of relying constantly on a car. Additionally the unspoilt beauty of the nature that surrounds the resort, the long coastal footpaths, the local historical sites, will attract also the lovers of the outdoor activities.

Layout:

The villa is set on one floor with an additional spacious pool terrace / BBQ area.

There are 3 bedrooms in total (1 double air-conditioned with en-suite shower room and 2 twins), separate kitchen, lounge/dining area, extra family bathroom.

Outside a large patio with additional kitchen, dining area and private swimming pool provide an exceptional opportunity for outdoor living.

Living Room:

The lounge, opening straight to the pool patio, has comfy sofas and a wide flat-screen TV with DVD a selection of satellite free channels. Wi-Fi internet access is offered free of charge.

Kitchen:

The separate kitchen, fitted with modern appliances, is equipped with all the essentials for a truly self-catering holiday and includes: cooking hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

Outside, by the pool and surrounded by lovely lemon trees, there is an additional barbecue area with sink and a fantastic shaded dining area for enjoyable al-fresco meals.

Bedrooms:

There are 3 bedrooms: 1 double and 2 twins. The master bedroom is air-conditioned and has its own modern en-suite bath room. Fitted ceiling fans, provided for all the bedrooms, keep the temperature constant and cool even during the hottest hours of the day.

Bathrooms:

There are 2 modern bathrooms, all fully tiled and kept clean by included maid service. The master bedroom has direct access to an en-suite shower room while the other twin bedrooms share a family bathroom with full-size bath and shower over. Linen and towels are provided and changed twice a week.

Private Pool:

The surprisingly large swimming pool is surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean shrubs and lemon trees: despite being the beach just a few steps away, you will hardly want to leave the sunny pool area! Sunbeds and parasols are provided.

Quaint spanish lovely villa

Loved it here, villa absolutely spotlessly clean, very typical Spanish villa , full of charm which we all loved, outside area was beautiful & the lemon & oranges trees are a superb bonus. Well located and able to reach other amenities with ease, fantastic local market on Friday. We had 3 teenage girls in our party and everyone agreed that we would definitely come back to stay here, there is something for everyone , we have stayed in a fair few villas , hotels & apartments and this one is definitely up there with a few others of the nicest ones and very reasonable on price for what you get. Overall a lovely villa full of Spanish charm , would definitely recommend to others .

Needs improvements

It is true that this villa is perfectly located, near shops, restaurants, beach and transport links.

But it was not well maintained (1 - wall light fell out and landed on my daughter's head, 2 - numerous power cuts, 3 - fan and light in main bedroom not working, 4 - couldn't open wardrobe drawers in small bedroom so couldn't use them, 5 - headboard not connected to beds in small bedroom so kept moving away from wall, 6 - washing maching was very mouldy and smelly and didn't work properly despite several attempts, 7 - only 5 sunbeds were provided, not 6 as advertised, 8 - pool pump was not working properly, 9 - outdoor lights weren't working and a light inside the pool was broken, 10 - the main bedroom ensuite toilet got blocked and in order to fix it we had a sewage truck parked out the front with raw sewage being pumped all the way down the hall and sewage workers walking muck up and down the hall, the smell was dreadful and the whole thing very distressing).

This property is in severe need of modernisation to maximise its full potential. The furniture and decor was very dated. It could be really lovely, but fell well short.

The villa agents, Agni Travel, offered me a small partial refund as a gesture of goodwill, but this cannot compensate us for the constant inconvenience of all the above. Give this one a miss!

Beach Villa Miguel is located in a fantastic position, in the area of Son Baulo (municipality of Can Picafort). There is a beautiful sandy beach 3 minutes walk away as well as a nice selection of restaurants, bars, shops. The area of Son Baulo is quiet and relaxing, yet provided with any kinds of facilities. The nature that surrounds the resort is beautiful and unspoilt, perfect for long coastal walks.
