Villa Olympia is a modern and attractive property, with 3 en suite, air conditioned bedrooms and a private pool, perfectly located near the village Skala, giving views to the sea.

The villa has 3 en suite bedrooms, with air conditioning throughout, beautiful views to the sea, with spacious outdoor and indoor areas: a truly perfect property for a holiday to Kefalonia with friends or family.


The villa is built over 2 floors with a beautiful and sunny pool terrace at the front.

The ground floor (pool level) offers a spacious and airy living room, kitchen/dining area, a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and an extra WC for guests.

Upstairs there are 2 further bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin both offering breathtaking views to the sea. Both the bedrooms have an en suite bathroom, respectively with a bath and a shower.

Living Room:

The living room is air conditioned and has large patio doors opening to the pool terrace. It is equipped with comfortable seating (one sofa can be turned into a bed for an additional guest), flat-screen TV (limited free satellite channels), DVD player, WiFi Internet access, and a music system.


The kitchen with adjoining dining area is fully equipped with hob/oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a microwave. A brick barbecue is located on the terrace, close to the swimming pool and outside dining area.


There are 3 bedrooms, all delightfully furnished and air conditioned with their own en suite bathroom. Each bedroom has patio doors opening to either the terrace or a balcony.

There are 2 double bedrooms (1 on each floor) and a twin bedroom (on the upper floor). The bedrooms on the upper floor have direct access to a private balcony providing amazing views to the sea.

An additional guest can be accommodated on a sofa bed in the living room on the ground floor. A folding bed (child) is also available, taking the maximum capacity of the villa up to 8 people.


There are 3 bathrooms, all en suite to the bedrooms, 2 of which have a bath. The twin room has en suite shower room. There is also an extra WC for guests on the ground floor.Maid service, linen and towels are included.

Private Pool:

The private swimming pool is set in front of a terrace, attracting sun all day and providing beautiful views to the sea.

The pretty village of Skala is set above a very long golden beach on the southernmost tip of Kefalonia. Skala’s Blue Flag beach has 3 kms of sand and shingle backed by a small wood of pine trees. There are cafes and snack bars alongside the beach and a water sports centre offering an array of water sports and fun rides. Sunbeds and sun umbrellas are also available for hire. If you prefer more seclusion, quieter areas can be found by walking along the shoreline. At the southern end of the beach there are rocks which are great for snorkeling and caves to explore with secluded sandy coves. A water taxi operates between Skala, Poros and Katelios and there are daily cruises to to local beaches, to Fiscardo and over to the neighbouring island of Ithaca. Skala has plenty of bars, tavernas and restaurants. There is a good selection of supermarkets and souvenir shops with a couple of bakeries. There is a pharmacy and 24-hour medical centre with English speaking doctors and an ATM machine. Local offices offer car hire, scooter hire and excursions. Some relics remain from the 3rd century AD with the mosaics from a Roman villa close to the centre of Skala and a 7th century BC site is still being excavated with its remains of a temple to Apollo which can be found along the Skala road to Poros.
