Casa Estrelada is situated on Madeira’s sunny south-west coast just 40 minutes from the airport. The villa is at a well placed elevation of 200 metres above sea level and has an awesome 180 degree sea view. It is a high class, well furnished, three bedroom, three bathroom villa and the swimming pool is 10m x 4m and solar heated. There are terraces leading off all the bedrooms and living areas as well as an extensive terraced area surrounding the swimming pool. Off the swimming pool terrace is an all weather BBQ facility.

Having spent 10 years renting different villas in Madeira, Casa Estrelada is certainly one of the best. The villa has everything needed to make a holiday complete, from its many features and the location. The villa itself is huge, with plenty of different outside spaces to sit, relax and eat. The pool is magnificent, big enough to swim rather than to just cool off, and the best we have experienced. The BBQ area is complete with all amenities. Bee was most friendly and helpful with all our needs. This villa is a must for those wanting quality, we will be returning

Casa Estrelada is situated on Madeira’s sunny south-west coast, at a well placed height of 200 metres above sea level. It is just 40 minutes from the airport. The house has a 180 degree sea view. It is a high class, well furnished, three bedroom villa with a 10m x 4m solar heated pool.

There is a large sitting room with sliding doors to the terraces, a wood burning fire and satellite TV for those “let´s stay at home” nights. There is unlimited wireless Internet available. The kitchen is fully fitted with an oven, microwave oven, large toaster, coffee maker, a large fridge/freezer and a dish washing machine. The house has stunning sun terraces. All of the bedrooms have balconies with extensive sea views. The villa has three bathrooms (one en suite). Calheta’s sandy beach and marina with local bars and restaurants is only 5 minutes away and the capital, Funchal, is an easy 30 minute drive, nearly all on Expressway or the Via Rápida (dual carriageway.)

Situated on the upper terrace there is a loggia with a table for six people. Offering great views, sunsets etc. A cane covering gives shelter from the sun. It is a favourite sitting area for most of our guests. On the lower floor is a games room which has a flat screen TV, Play station, table tennis, pool, darts. The 2nd adjoining kitchen has fridge/freezer, etc and a washing machine and tumble drier. A separate BBQ room is situated by the pool. It has a stainless steel sink with hot and cold water. There is an outside table beside the pool that easily seats eight people. The gardens are totally enclosed with parking for up to six cars behind a remote controlled electric gate.

The preferred method of payment is via a wire transfer directly to our bank account.
Full payment for your holiday is required no later than 90 days before check-in.
If you are making a reservation within the 90 day time frame, full payment will be required at the time you make your reservation. (The reservation/security/damage deposit still applies)
