About this property

Welcome to this seasonal, weekly, fortnightly or longer rental in Arcachon, with private parking.
In this furnished apartment for rent, on the third and last floor, in a luxury residence, in the Saint Ferdinand district, we will welcome you with pleasure.

Bakery, press, pharmacy, butcher, doctor, convenience store, caterer, cheese maker, fishmonger and restaurants are within 200 m.
Everything can be done on foot, including reaching the city center by strolling along the promenade along the beach or by taking the free shuttle.

ACTIVITIES / EXITS:
Beaches, Pilat dune, golf, horse riding center, fishing, shopping, bike rides, tennis, spa, swimming pool, winter town, casino ...
Possibility of boat rental, jet ... for beautiful walks on the basin, or simply to take a ticket to join CAP-FERRET for the day, in pinasse

DESCRIPTION:
It includes: an entrance hall, an extra sofa bed, a living room with a 140 cm bed, a full kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge, cupboards), a bathroom with WC, basin, shower and washing machine, terrace not overlooked,
No noisy festive evenings.
Household linen not provided (sheets and towels),
Pillows, duvets, tea towels, bath mats provided.
No smoking indoors, no pets.

The rental is in principle from Saturday 4 pm to the following Saturday 11 am (minimum 7 nights). Priority to the fortnight in July and August. Let us study any request according to our possibilities.
We will welcome you in person, with the possibility depending on our availability, to pick you up at the station, if you do not have means of transport.
Inventory and inventory of fixtures made on your arrival and your departure.
Security deposit: 800 euro on arrival (check or cash)
A certificate of civil responsibility must be communicated to us.

Très bon séjour !

Apparemment très bien placé ! Tout peut se faire à pied ou à vélo. Commerces à proximité. Propriétaires charmants. Manque juste un peu de vaisselle. Très belle région. On reviendra.

Nos vacances sur le Bassin

Comme nous vous l'avons dit l'appartement est sympa - bien placé - dans une résidence calme et agréable ... mais il faut apporter quelques améliorations. Tout d'abord un aspirateur!!! c'est indispensable (difficile d'avoir un appartement propre avec un balais) - ce qui explique notre notation sur la propreté. il serait souhaitable de prévoir le matériel permettant de consommer des fruits de mer : on est quand même sur le bassin ! et enfin vu le standing annoncé vous devez remplacer certains équipements vieillissants. (salon de jardin, manivelle volet). Nous vous remercions pour votre accueil sympathique et cordial. bonne continuation

très belle propriété très propre et très entretenue calme et proche de la plage et des commerces les propriétaires du studio sont très sympas et un sens de recevoir toujours près à nous rendre service une location à retenir encore merci pour votre accueil christine et christophe
