These four newly renovated luxury flats are located in 2 recently renovated period buildings, both less than 2 minutes away from Plais du Festivales. All apartments are fully equipped with modern kitchens, bathrooms, communication devices and furnished with new functional furniture. Ideal for business people seeking easy access to the commerce of Cannes, especially its conferences, as well as holiday makers who need ready access to the beaches, luxurious shops, restaurants, casinos and bars in the heart of Cannes.

Units A, C and D have two bedrooms and a lounge whereas Unit B has one bedroom, lounge and a large glassed terrace. Each bedroom has a queen size bed sleeping 2 people. They can be separated into two single beds. Master bedrooms have built in full baths whereas guest bedrooms share full baths with the lounges. All baths are equipped with all standard amenities. Lounges have sofa beds sleeping 2 and open plan kitchens. Kitchens are equipped with dish washers, fridges, microwaves, stoves, washing machines. TVs, wifi, high speed internet, fixed phone lines are available in all units.

Unit A is 63 square meters, located on the 3d floor, no lift

Unit B is 55 square meters, located on the 3d floor, no lift, balcony, glassed terrace

We loved it

My wife and I spent two weeks in the smaller apartment. We loved it. Very close to the beach, market, shops. The balcony was a bit small but the terrace made up for this. We really enjoyed our time there. Stanley and Kate.

Il se mérite car situé au quatrième étage par un escalier assez difficile.
