These four newly renovated luxury flats are located in 2 recently renovated period buildings, both less than 2 minutes away from Plais du Festivales. All apartments are fully equipped with modern kitchens, bathrooms, communication devices and furnished with new functional furniture. Ideal for business people seeking easy access to the commerce of Cannes, especially its conferences, as well as holiday makers who need ready access to the beaches, luxurious shops, restaurants, casinos and bars in the heart of Cannes.

Units A, C and D have two bedrooms and a lounge whereas Unit B has one bedroom, lounge and a large glassed terrace. Each bedroom has a queen size bed sleeping 2 people. They can be separated into two single beds. Master bedrooms have built in full baths whereas guest bedrooms share full baths with the lounges. All baths are equipped with all standard amenities. Lounges have sofa beds sleeping 2 and open plan kitchens. Kitchens are equipped with dish washers, fridges, microwaves, stoves, washing machines. TVs, wifi, high speed internet, fixed phone lines are available in all units.

Unit A is 63 square meters, located on the 3d floor, no lift

Unit B is 55 square meters, located on the 3d floor, no lift, balcony, glassed terrace

Unit C is 70 square meters, located on the 1st floor, no lift, balcony

Unit D is 64 square meters, located on the 3d floor, lift is available.

Unit A Review

We stood in Unit A. Everything said in the appartment presentation was as described. We were very happy about our choice. Well situated right in the middle of Cannes and close to everything (transportation, grocery, restaurants, shops...)

Lylia was very helpfull before our stay and the person who welcomed us was very kind too.

We would strongly recommand to choose this appartement.

Excellent location, great Cannes apartment!

Great week

My girlfriend and I spent a week of July in this property. Very nice place, good quality furniture, modern equipment, excellent location and very nice manager. We had lots of fun in nearby bars and restaurants, farmer’s market and the beaches. We also recommend taking a boat to the smaller of two islands. One can find great, albeit rather expensive, wine there. Jonathan

Very modern, newly renovated apartment in a stylish period building. Good comfort and character. There were 4 of us from the same company during the Film Festival. We have got almost everything we bargained for except that the lack of lift was a disappointment
