Located in a small cul-de-sac less than 50 meters from the beach, this small longhouse of 110 m2 is ideal for holidays with family or friends.
The house has three bedrooms (plus a folding bed) and a sofa bed overlooking a garden and two terraces, one of which is covered. Under the covered terrace you will find a built-in barbecue.
Less than a kilometer from the village, all shops are accessible on foot or by bicycle.
Your vehicle (s) can be parked directly in front of the house.

Séjour en août au calme au frais
Le quartier est calme , très proche de la plage , commerce à proximité 5 min à vélo. La maisonnette est ombragée, bien équipée , seul bémol le fait de devoir utiliser la même sortie d eau pour lave linge et lave vaisselle. Nous avions nos vélos et avons pas mal visitée le île . Nous avons apprécié les restos à l écluse à 10 mn en vélo (villa coco et crêperie) et nous avons fait quelques cours de surf à la plage des Huttes ( diabolo fun) à 25 mn à vélo

Superbe maison près de la plage
Maison, propre et fonctionnelle à 2 min de la plage. La terrasse avec le coin barbecue est un espace très conviviale. On si sent bien. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Je recommande pour passer un séjour à la Brée les bains en famille.

Maison au calme a proximité de jolies plages. Parfaite pour un séjour avec des enfants en bas âge.
La maison était prope et idéalement décorée et agencée. Le petit jardin avec sa jolie terrasses nous a permis d'avoir un oeil sur nos enfants tout en se detendant. Belles promenades à proximité.
