About this property

Insightful dialogues regarding tradition, history and the local beliefs, resulted to the conception of this residence, on an island known for its slopes and the narrow cottages, as well as its Byzantine and Medieval buildings (Monasteries, Churches and Towers). DIALOGOI is derived from these architectural forms. Looking at this private residence, one can perceive the dialogue between the different buildings. The first one at the lower level, beside the property's main entrance is inspired by a typical cottage, in contrast to an imposing Monastery gate, which is sited next to it. The central building is oblong resembling a church with a tower house standing next to it instead of a belfry. All these are set to a harmonious dialogue, being respectful to their surroundings and the architecture, history and nature of Andros. A unique landmark of the residence is the two fish swimming in opposite directions that decorate the entrances, made with a traditional technique using pebbles.

A Luxury Villa with the WOW Factor

We booked this villa to celebrate an my sons 18th and my 50th Birthday and our 25 year Wedding Anniversary so we wanted it to be special and it certainly didn’t disappoint! We were wowed as we walked through the door of the villa and shown around by the hosts Panos and Krista who went above and beyond to help us make our stay 5 star ⭐️. The attention to detail throughout this villa is amazing, everything has been carefully thought about and planned out. The views from the villa are exceptional. There is so much space for everyone, our sons and their friends could play music in the games room and have table tennis tournaments and we wouldn’t even know because you couldn’t hear a sound. Marites the cleaning lady discreetly cleaned for several hours per day, she was amazing. She looked after us so well, everything was perfect. We had several boys with us on our holiday so decided to have Alketa to cook us breakfast every morning. It was a feast of everything we had asked for and perfectly cooked. She also cooked us an excellent meal of octopus and a lamb dish one evening it was excellent. The beautiful town of Andros ( a 10 minute drive away ) with a boutique feel is so pretty. It has everything you need. The food is excellent, a lovely little square where you can sit and people watch. There are two beaches close by, again no more than a 10 minute drive, one with a lovely restaurant on the beach with amazing food. I thoroughly recommend this villa, it is beautiful and the hosts Panos and Krista were exceptional, they were at the end of the phone whenever you needed them for help or advice. Thank you both for making our stay so fantastic, we will never forget this wonderful holiday and hope to come back again soon. The Mills Family & The Taylor Family xxxx

A wonderful stay in a magical place

We stayed in villa Dialogoi for a week with friends while in Andros for a wedding and loved it. Absolutely stunning location and amazing views of Chora. The villa itself is very special - beautifully styled and very comfortable with lots of space to relax. Fabulous pool, brilliant games room, spacious and comfortable bedrooms. It is also extremely well equipped, there isn’t a kitchen utensil you cannot find! Marites the housekeeper kept the place in tip top condition each day. We were also lucky enough to have her look after our 8 month old baby for an evening and she is an absolute natural with children. Would love to stay again.

What a Magical Week!

Our family would just like to say a massive thankyou to Panos & Krista for such an amazing week staying at their stunning villa. Everything was perfect from the communication through lockdown and when we finally arrived (third time lucky) we were welcomed by Panos and Krista and they gave us a tour around their beautiful villa. All I can say is wow. Marites the cleaning lady was so discreet and was lovely to have her around and Alketa's food was out of this world. Her spinach pie just delicious as was all the food she prepared for us. We decided to ask Alketa to cook breakfast too and that was such a treat. We hope one day to return to Andros and stay in this breath-taking villa. Thankyou again for everything XX

Luxury scenic villa

Luxury scenic villa in hills outside Andros Town providing spacious living ideal for multiple families with 6 bedrooms all with air con(3 en suite) set over 3 floors. Unfortunately our snowflake British children are used to heated pools so the lovely well-equipped pool area was not used as much as it should have been.A few issues but owners and helpers on site quickly popped round. A great extra is the lovely Marites who cleans 5 hours a day and even washes the clothes.Great island for walkers with well marked routes, you soon see (and hear) why it is called the windy island. Short drive to beaches and restaurants.Owners very forbearing as trip on again off again with Covid situation and communication from Krista excellent

A magnificent villa with real warmth

A simply stunning villa with beautiful owners and staff who will welcome you and ensure that you have the best time.....it’s true that the photographs do not encapsulate the full beauty and space, nor the serious attention to detail that went into its construction ....the view is stunning and it’s very close to the walking routes and easy to walk into Hora....a lovely place to stay x

We are a family of 5 persons. Father, mother 2 daughters at the age of 17 and 19, and a son at the age of 11. The villa has been built by me, Panos, the father of the Zouganeli family, who is a civil engineer. We live in Athens but we love Andros very much; therefore we bought this land, we got married there, we built the villa, we baptised all our children there and since then we enjoy very often this unique island and our beautiful house.

Why they chose this property

We chose this land to create our villa because Hora of Andros is a very safe and family oriented place and not mass tourism targeted.
Our property is close and with very easy access to everything you might wish. Exquisite modern art and archaeological museums, byzantine monasteries, excellent beaches, water sports, beautiful nature with water springs, restaurants, shops, beach bars, nightlife and at the same time very quiet and tranquil.

What makes this property unique

Breathtaking views from all levels including an infinity pool. Views of the Aegean Sea and the extraordinary, unique capital of Andros, Hora or Chora, being built on a very narrow peninsula.
In this property you can enjoy swimming, conversations, reading, relaxing (ideal for yoga experience), working out, steam bath, playing games (table tennis, full size American billiard, fitness equipment: treadmill, elliptical cross trainer, abs bench) all within an inspiring aesthetic and tranquil environment.
Horse riding for up to 4 persons is also available at a small extra cost.
