About this property

Let yourself be seduced by the warm and natural atmosphere of a stone and lime house where each piece of furniture, each lamp, each object has been studied in a "retro" spirit. Between fields and forests, you can find here the peace and quiet of the countryside while giving you trips to the coast just 30 minutes away.

The house is located on the heights of Rochereuil, an exceptional site where you can enjoy the forest trails and the lake (notice to fishing enthusiasts). Two villages, Sévignac and Rouillac, are nearby (2km).
In Sévignac, you will find a bar-tobacco very welcoming, a post office, and a real artisanal bakery (I advise you to crack for its "cobblestone Rochereuil"!). And in Rouillac, a bar-tobacco-grocery store.
Otherwise, the city Broons 10 minutes by car offers all the amenities (markets, butcher, pharmacy, fish, supermarkets, restaurants ...).
