About this property

Apartment on the marina of Arcachon. Refurbished in May 2018. Offering a bedroom open to the living room with a double bed, a living room with a single sofa bed and a kitchenette (including: fridge, hotplates, kettle, coffee maker and essential tea, coffee, etc.), a balcony where you can eat for 4 with a small view of the port and a shared swimming pool.

Private parking space.

You can leave your car and enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind.

A bicycle storage room is also available at the bottom of the residence.

Close to all amenities: bakery, mini-market, fishmonger, delicatessen, restaurants and pharmacy .... everything is right at the bottom of the apartment.

The Aiguillon district is very lively, whether in summer or winter. The shops remain open all year round.

In summer, a free shuttle bus runs down the apartment and takes you directly to the city center.

-The center of Arcachon and the train station are 15-20 minutes on foot.
