Air-conditioned villa 4 people all comfort, in fenced and closed residence, near a large sandy beach 300 m, swimming pool in the residence in season open from June 1 to September 30.

Excellent holiday house

The house was very clean and was well equipped.it has a lovely modern kitchen and the bathroom although small had an excellent shower . We ate outside all the time and except for early morning the table was not in the sun so it was comfortable. The house is south facing so there was always Sun in the garden and the lovely plants and trees gave a lot of privacy. The pool is not very big,we are serious swimmers,but you can walk to the beach and rent Sun loungers there is also a restaurant on the beach and water sports. We just lazed around the house in the morning as it was so comfortable and we didn't want to leave.we met Stephan and Valerie as they were there for a weekend in their other house and they are very friendly people and very helpful.

Gemütliches Häuschen

Wir haben uns in dem Reihenhäuschen, das sich mitten der Ferienanlage Clos de Soccoro befindet, sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der Platz optimal genutzt. Die Ferienanlage liegt neben dem Naturschutzgebiet ‚La Grande Maïre‘, wo es schöne Spazierwege (mit Flamigos) bis zum Canal du Midi gibt. Praktisch sind auch die Parkplätze, die sich direkt vor dem Vorgarten befinden. Ein Haus weiter ist der kleine Pool der Anlage, welcher leider trotz Hitze ab 1.Oktober geschlossen war. In gut 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuss am Meer, wo es hunderte von Metern Sandstrand gibt. Am Plage de l’Ouest sind auch Hunde erlaubt, was selten ist in Frankreich. Auf der anderen Seite von Portiragnes Plage war auch noch ein kleiner Boulanger offen. Die Nebenkosten für Haustier, Reinigung und Vrbo Gebühren empfanden wir vergleichsweise hoch.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Schönes Ferienhaus, sehr gut eingerichtet, alles vorhanden. Gute Lage, wer die Natur liebt, z.B. Wanderungen zwischen den Lagunen im Naturschutzgebiet, vielfältige Vogel-Welt. Vielen Dank an Valérie und Béatrice für die Betreuung.
