The apartment is situated within the popular urbanisation El Faro, and takes its name from the port lighthouse close by. There is direct access from the pool area to the newly paved walkway around the lighthouse, with seating, pagodas and fantastic views over the marina, The apartment has a balcony directly overlooking the pool area, ligthhouse and has great sea views. Both bedrooms and lounge areas benefit from air conditioning (summer/winter). There is a bright lounge/dining area with sofas and dining table for 6 and satellite TV / DVD. The apartment also benefits from wifi. The kitchen is comprehensively fitted with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, full oven and grill. Beneath the apartment complex is secure parking with a reserved parking space.

The apartment is a two minue walk from the lovely port of Estepona where a wealth of bars and restaurants can be found. There is a new heladería (icecream parlour) close to the pool exit where you can also enjoy coffee and crepes, whilst taking in the views. Also 200 metres away is the beautiful main beach, La Rada Beach, with Blue Flag status. Within 5 minutes walk are 2 supermarkets, OpenCor and Supersol.

Places to go : Golf - The apartment is an ideal location for playing golf with the following courses in the vicinity - Estepona, Valderrama, La Duquesa, Satogrande.

The Selwo Adventure Park is a great family day out and only a 10 minute drive away,with Selwo Marina 50 minutes away at Benalmadena. Gibraltar is 30 minutes drive away, where you can go on a tour of the rock and see the famous apes - or enjoy the tax free shopping!!! The sophisticated resorts of Puerto Banus & Marbella are only a 15 minute drive away, with beautiful harbour, great shops and ideal for people watching! Ronda is an hours drive away, with an abundance of history and spectacular views - well worth a visit.

Casares is a picture postcard village which is well worth a visit. It takes approximately 30 minutes to drive there along a mountain road. As you turn a bend you have a spectacular view to your left of the village. There is a restaurant here, La Terraza where you can park your car and take one of the footpaths down.

Places to go: Istán is approximately 45 minutes away. The village is beneath the Sierra Blanca at the head of the valley of the rio Verde. Istán's streets are extremely narrow. The only sensible way to experience it is on foot. There is a free public car park as you enter into Istán. As you walk through the village you constantly hear the sound of water running from its drinking fountains. Istán stands close to the huge reservoir created by the Presa de la Concepción dam, which was built in 1972. The water feeding Istán's fountains, however, is pure, and of the unprocessed mountain variety which was much prized long before the coming of the dam. There is a small hilly rise to the west of the village set in a park where you have good views of the village and spectacular views of the Sierra Blanca and lake.

Further afield: Alhambra in Granada, is definitely worth a visit, if you have the time. It will take you a little over 2 hours to get there by car. It can be done in a day, however I would recommend you leave Estepona early morning. You need to leave yourselves at least 3 hours to walk around Alhambra. Please note you have to purchase tickets to enter, prior to going (via the internet) do not just turn up on the day. When we went we arranged to stay overnight in a hotel close to Alhambra and went into Alhambra early the following day.

Great apartment great location

A beautiful apartment, it is well equipped with everything you need for a self-catering holiday. The supermarket is a stones throw away for all essentials. However, if you want to eat out there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. A car is definitely not needed as everything is within in walking distance. This is a great apartment we would definitely recommend it as it is exactly as described by the owner, if not better.

Perfect stay

This was a great find! Its a lovely apartment, perfectly located and spotlessly clean. The welcome pack was a very nice touch as we arrived late. We booked our stay early in 2015 knowing that there was no wifi, when we arrived we were advised that it had been installed in May 2015 which was a great bonus for the kids. Id thoroughly recommend this apartment, we will definitely be going back.

This was our second stay here and it's just as good. Carl is always extremely helpful and Sue goes out of her way to make the stay memorable. The apartment is well situated, spotlessly clean, peaceful and a real home from home; you will want for nothing The secure parking is a bonus.

Estepona itself has undergone a major regeneration and is a lovely town, visit the delightful new orchid house in the old town, the beautiful beaches, the superb floral displays along the sea front and the dozens of tapas bars and restaurants. If you are self-catering there is a Supersol supermarket 5 mins walk away. Will we go back? Most certainly

Good experience

Description on website absolutely accurate. Secure garage parking close to lift ideal for those with limited mobility as was access via lift to apartment. Well decorated and furnished also spolesly clean. Sue the met and greet lady on time and very helpful as was Karen who did half time clean. Location near to restaurants around the marina excellent. A very good experience overall. Would seriously consider revisit.

We arrived on the 1st November, and was greeted by Sue who showed around

and gave us a nice welcome pack of food, water and wine, Sue was very helpful

and a very nice person.

The apartment had everything we needed, it was very clean and spacious, everything in full working order.

The location could have not been better, a very short walk to the restaurants in the port, 10mins walk to the town center, buses outside to everywhere.

Perfect spot.

During the booking process, the owner Carl was always on the ball, and was always quick responding to any questions that I had.

Would recommend this apartment and would stay there again, without doubt.

Beautiful apartment and location

Thank you for a great holiday. The apartment was fantastic, spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need. The restaurants and bars are all within a close walking distance to the apartment and with plenty of variety to choose from all of a high standard. The beaches at Estepona are emaculate and were cleaned every day. I would recommend this apartment to anyone as can't fault it and will definately be coming back. Thank you, The Barnes family

The port of Estepona is one of the most sought after locations for holidaymakers when visiting Estepona, with an abundance of restaurants and bars. The town centre is a 10 minute stroll away from the apartment and is still unique in retaining its Spanish heritage with pretty plazas. In addition to this, Estepona has 2 main beaches, both with Blue Flag status. La Rada Beach is only 200metres from the apartment and is more than 1 km long. El Cristo Beach is a small bay approximately 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Both beaches have Chiringuitos (beach bars and restaurants) and lifeguards in season.

The apartment will be available from 15:00 - 22:00 on the day of arrival. On your day of departure we would require you to vacate the apartment by 10:00. Where possible we will try and accomodate earlier or later times however these must be agreed prior to booking.

A mid rental clean can be arranged and this is payable locally at 12 euros per hour.

Generous discounts for long term bookings.

A 100GBP deposit per week is required to secure a booking which is non refundable and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.

A security/key deposit of 200 euro or 140GBP is payable upon arrival, and will be returned at the end of the letting period providing no material damage has been made to the apartment or fittings.

Once the balance has been paid this is non refundable.
