Flat 5 is a larger than average (1000 sq ft) bright and modern, first floor apartment set in its own grounds with sea glimpses from the balcony.

The apartment is less than 100 yards from the award winning blue flag beach and with great access to Bournemouth, Poole and Purbeck.

The flat will have been professionally cleaned, beds made up for you and a full compliment of bath and beach towels for your use.

We have a range of beach toys and body-boards for your use. Additionally, there are 5 bicycles in the garage for your use but pleas bring helmets and any lights you may want. there are cycle lanes and paths for the younger ones and cycling to Bournemouth and beyond is possible but time restrictions limit riding to early morning and dusk in the summer.

Super flat, great location, clean and everything provided

Ideal location and convenient for getting out and about throughout the week. We were using public transport and couldn't have been easier. The flat was clean, fresh smelling and everything worked, easily. We've stayed in the apartment block before, in a different flat, so we were familiar with set up and how it worked etc. We were lucky with great weather, so the proximity of the beach and ease of getting to and from it was another bonus. Would definitely stay again, booking and confirmation of arrangements was all very easy and the owners have got it all just right. Many thanks. Lovely place to end our Summer holidays.

Millionaire Lifestyle for a week.

The position on Sandbanks with a partial sea view was fantastic. The apartment was clean, and comfortable and was extremely well equipped. Close to a fantastic beach, nice walk to Haven Hotel for a drink. Great for ferry to Shell Bay and Brownsea Island, will definitely go back.

Wow! What a lovely place to stay

The apartment was everything we hoped it would be.. Very spacious, comfortable, clean and very well equipped - like a home from home. So close to the beach which we enjoyed, close to the chain ferry so very easy to get across to Shell Bay for some lovely food in a informal and friendly atmosphere.

All in a super holiday in a lovely apartment in a lovely area and cannot wait to go again.
