You will wish to stay your entire holiday here, enjoying the peace and quiet and comfort. The house is situated on one of the most exclusive residential areas of Puerto. The owner of this ample and comfortable villa is a well known architect who doubtless has done a good job. LED lighting, ecological water utilization. The chalet offers 130 m2 on one level, a 60 m2 garden with views and a 270 m2 terrace where you can use the barbecue. The 19 m2 White pool is one of the attractive of this house. The best of the house are the sunsets and the quality details everywhere: everything is brand new, totally modern and fully equipped kitchen and big spaces. Note: Pool towels are provided

The Perfect Holiday Villa in North Tenerife

The booking process through the property manager Ana was straightforward and efficient and Ana kindly sent local info before our arrival. We met the owner, Marc, on arrival who warmly welcomed us and showed us around. The villa was spotless and spacious. Very well equipped and ideal for our family of 7 including our 7 month granddaughter. The tropical gardens well tended and had lovely outlook toward the sea. We really enjoyed Puerto del la Cruz and the varied places around Tenerife on our first visit. A little tricky finding your way around the town in a rental car, so Sat Nav was good to have. Highly Recommended!

A fantastic villa with great facilities - perfect for a family holiday

The villa is very well equipped and comfortable for adults and children. The garden is beautiful and the children enjoyed jumping in the (cold) pool! The villa is near a lovely park and the town is an easy downhill stroll (get a taxi back up!) The internet in the villa was OK but not sufficient to watch videos and Tenerife TV channels are mostly Spanish and German so if you don't speak those languages you may want to bring DVDs! When we arrived there was no DVD player but Marc took care of that! In fact, Marc was just a WhatsApp away if we needed anything.

One thing about Tenerife - if it's cloudy, rainy or chilly in Puerto, you can drive to Playa de Arena on the other side of the island, next to Los Gigantes (1 hour drive) and catch the sun there. We did this a few times and it was really worth it. The beach there is lovely, sunny (!) and has massive waves to jump.

Loro Parque is fun to do with children but try to ignore the shameless up-selling around the entrance and get in to the park as soon as you can.

We would absolutely recommend this villa and hope to return soon. Thanks Marc and Ana!

Lovely very comfortable villa

We had a fantastic stay. The villa is lovely, well equipped and has well positioned outdoor space. There was only two of us but it was great having so much space to ourselves. Having breakfast outside every morning in the sunshine was heaven and we made good use of the barbeque.

There's lots to see and do in the local area and around the island, if you want to get out and about. It was also just lovely to hang around the villa and enjoy it. I even learnt to snorkel, for the first time, in the pool! The gardens are well maintained, with beautiful flowers and plants. And no it doesn't rain every night, it's the sprinklers during the night on the garden! :-)

There's a couple of friendly bars nearby and enjoyed the walk downhill to the town centre. Yes a taxis back is a good idea though and less than 4 euros.

The booking process was simple and straightforward with Ana. Marc the friendly owner, was there to meet us on arrival and pass on some of his own recommendations to help enjoy our stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would highly recommend this villa.

Fantastic, stylish villa. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this fabulous villa in mid-October 2015. The villa is every bit as luxurious and contemporary as the description on HomeAway suggests. The photos don't do justice to the villa's size; in particular, the living area is huge and features an enormous leather corner sofa and fireplace. Also the pool is far larger than the images allude and outside the landscaping is wonderful.

The villa contains all the facilities a family needs; plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms, clean comfortable beds, well equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, huge flat-screen television, loads of storage in the bedrooms. Outside there's a pool and lovely grassy sun-terrace, also hidden around the back of the villa there's a storage area with a Weber BBQ. Everything's clean and fresh; very difficult to find any suggestion for improvement - although if I was being picky, the bedrooms do get warm at night; could possibly do with some fans or aircon.

The booking is made via a very efficient property manager called Ana - she kept us well informed about our booking and contacted us leading up to the holiday with detailed instructions (in precise english) including maps and directions from the airport. A very satisfying experience. On arrival, the villa's owner - Marc met us at the villa. Friendly and helpful and easy to contact via text or Whatsapp.

The villa is located in a quiet residental area, approx 30 mins downhill walk to Puerto's seafront with its restaurants and public outdoor pools. It's positioned on a steep hill which means an easy walk down into town but ideally a taxi back up (costs about €3,50). Its hillside location lends itself to a fantastic sea-view from the living room and terrace, just beautiful. There's a Lidl a few minutes away in the car, full of cheap wines, bread and other essentials.

We were sad to leave and would happily stay again.

The best point of this house is its situation, and its privacy and quietness, although it is quite close (6 minutes walking) to the impresive Parque Taoro. As the house is totally new, it is very comfortable: it is the ideal place to enjoy a holiday with friends or for family meetings.

A famous woman writer dedicated these words to Puerto de la Cruz, in what was to be her leave taking of the village that had captivated her. Many years have passed and we have changed a lot. However the tourists who come every year still have the same feeling about the place. Many fulfil a promise in finding here a sensation of comfort and rest which makes Puerto a favourite tourist resort. We like to come back to the fishing harbour, the walks along the boulevards next to the sea and see the café terraces open all year round and perhaps enjoy those books we never had time to finish and let one minds relax in the agreeable coming and going of passersby and the silence of the coastal horizon.

Our visitors are charmed by the different pace of time they find here, where there is no hurry and they can pass the time in agreeable contemplation of the scenery, and savour a fresh fish and a good glass of wine on the balcony of a restaurant.

Puerto is a mixture of sea and old and new streets in unchanging time which blends surprisingly with a modern tourist industry. Nearly a million tourists use the 30000 (thirty thousand) beds available and in spite of progress, Puerto is still an attractive place to visit.

The Canaries are the only area of Europe where one can really enjoy a good climate in winter. Puerto de la Cruz, situated on the coast, has the privilege of an all year round temperature climate into a medium of 19ºC in winter and 25ºC in summer. Our special microclimate is defined as “healthy and agreeable, not to hot and not too cold” and was recommended in the XIX century by the British Medical Society for the recovery of many patients who needed a benign climate.

The peak of Teide is the higher mountain in Spain, overlooking the valley of Orotava and only 9 km away from Puerto and the sea we have many suggestions for places to visit but you must see the fishing harbour, Botanical Gardens, Playa Jardín, Costa Martiánez, Plaza del Charco, Parque Taoro, Loro Parque and Playa San Telmo.

The villa is ideal to be on Puerto de la Cruz, on a very quiet área, but with easy comunications everywhere. On central Puerto you can find a wide range of restaurants (typical, fresh fish ones, vegetarians, cool, international, etc), shops and sea avenues with cafés to sit down and enjoy the peculiar atmosphere, as Puerto preserves the routes of the fishing village it was on the past. The perfect place to rest.
