This newly constructed luxury holiday rental in Malaga centre is located in the heart of the city, close to the local market Atarazanas, and offers two bedrooms, six balconies, air conditioning, secure parking and internet

The holiday apartment in Malaga is located on the first floor of a newly constructed building with lift and has a beautiful, spacious living room with dining table, sofa and flat screen TV. From the living room you have access to two balconies overlooking the Plaza de Camas with children's playground. From the living room you can enter the adjoining modern kitchen with all accessories and a bathroom with shower.

The holiday rental in Malaga offers two bedrooms: The first bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes and a bathroom with shower and the other has a single bed, that can fold out into a double, and fitted wardrobes.

¡Un lujo poder alojarse en pleno centro de Málaga! Cerca del casco histórico, de la zona comercial, de monumentos y museos, y a 10 minutos de la playa. Además, el apartamento está completamente nuevo, limpio, muy bien decorado y no le falta un detalle! Muy recomendable

Fantastic!

I spent one week last july and I really enjoy been there! The location is amazing, in the heart of Málaga and really close to the beach!! The apartment was really, nice, clean and comfortable!I didn't have any problem and I recomend it 100%!

Luxuswohnung in perfekter Lage!

wir haben diese wunderbare Wohnung für eine Woche gemietet. Es ist einfach alles perfekt! Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort sind sehr zuverlässig.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt, jedoch gut mit einem Auto zu erreichen. Die Tiefgarage ist direkt unter dem Wohnkomplex, nur für die Bewohner. Die Wohnung sieht wirklich aus wie auf den Fotos. Alles sehr schön und neu! Mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Sehr hochwertig.

Für alle die gerne Kaffee trinken ist in der Wohnung eine Kaffee Gusto Maschine ( für Kapseln).

Ein kleiner Supermarkt, sowie verschiedene Bäcker und die Markthalle liegen fußläufig entfernt. Selbstverpflegung ist hier auch ohne Auto kein Problem.

Malaga ist eine wunderbare Stadt und die Wohnung ist wie ein Juwel.

Wir kommen wieder!

Engaging approximately one square kilometre area, the historic city centre of Málaga is just charming and multifaceted. In between the stone pedestrian streets there are about one thousand buildings, mostly built during the 19th century and being restored over the last few years, always preserving their original style.

Bounded by the Muelle Uno (touristic harbour) in the south, the famous Plaza de la Merced (old Picasso neighbour) in the north, the Guadalmedina River in the west, and the Alcazaba Fortress and Gibralfaro in the east. It is undoubtedly the economical and tourist centre of Malaga Capital, compressing shops of some of the most important brands of the world, the famous marble Larios street, a wide variety of restaurants and bars, important Museums as the Thyssen Museum or the Picasso Museum, squares, theatres, churches, the Cathedral, local fresh markets and many more touristic sights.

The access from and to the city centre is easy and smooth. You can take the bus, train, taxi or enjoy of a great walk. We recommend the beach Malagueta and its beach bars, located at just 10 to 15 minutes walking distance from our apartments.

The historic city centre and its narrow streets offer to their guests the opportunity to experience from the inside the vibrant life of locals, from the comfort and peace of your apartment. What is more, you can enjoy a great Spanish 'tapa' with a glass of wine or beer in nearly every corner of the centre, so we guaranty that you will never get bored.
