This villa has a garden clôs, all rooms are very bright. You will find in the kitchen the essentials: oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

Grosse déception

Petite maison très bien placée qui pourrait être agréable si elle ne cumulait pas énormément d'inconvénients. Lors de notre arrivée, la propriétaire nous informe avec le sourire que le sanibroyeur est défectueux depuis plusieurs jours. En effet il dégage des odeurs nauséabondes et menace de déborder. Il faut penser à le débrancher après s'en être servi. Nous aurions préféré le savoir avant de venir, ce qui nous aurait permis de changer nos plans. Suite à une grosse colère de mon mari, le sanibroyeur est changé trois jours après notre arrivée, et nous recevons une compensation en retour, pas à la hauteur du préjudice (trois jours gâchés), sans compter que nous n'avons pas non plus été prévenus des travaux juste en face. Par ailleurs, la liste de ce qui ne va pas est longue : draps très tachés (nous avons dû utiliser les nôtres), têtes de lit non fixées donc dangereuses, mitigeur de douche bloqué, donc pas d'eau froide, pas de porte-savon ni tapis de douche, tancarville rouillé, en cuisine manque de couteaux coupants, aucun couteau d'office, un seul mug, pas de carafe, table extérieure instable, porte-parasol dans un état indescriptible, pas de galettes de chaises, etc. Si la propriétaire faisait un effort, ce qu'elle n'a visiblement pas envie de faire, car elle gère de nombreux biens, ce pourrait être une location agréable. Les photos sont belles, mais séjourner dans cette maison nous a été pénible. Vraiment dommage.

Très bien placé

Maisonnette un peu vétuste mais équipée aurait besoin d'un peu de rénovation ( remontée de mauvaise odeur dans les sanitaires, mobilier un peu vétuste)par contre très bien situé calme propriétaire très sympathique et commerces à côté

Magnifique vacances

Nous avons eu un coup de cœur pour la région , la location est super. Petite maison charmante bien décoré , très bien situé tout se fait à pied et on entend la mer du jardin , un vrai rêve . Me Gamory est très chaleureuse , toujours le sourire et disponible si il y’a besoin , nous avons passer de superbe vacances .

Déception

Les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité: le salon minuscule est dans l'entrée, et l'entrée, c'est le salon...Les WC sont dans la salle de bain qui donne uniquement dans une chambre, ce qui n'est pas signalé dans le descriptif et pourtant très important à savoir. Nous avons dû nettoyer le salon de jardin, très sale et dont l'état est proche d'un dépôt à la déchetterie. Point positif : la maison est proche de la plage et des commerces.
