At the heart of Palma, in the old town you will find this old thread factory eighteenth century restored and converted into 5 cozy apartments "Tourisme d'interior accommodation" in detail and comfort where elegance and tranquility give rise to a special space and unique reflection of the personality of a city with history and Mediterranean flair of their culture.

This cute recently fully renovated building is ideally situated in Palma’s buzzing 'Old town' district. You’ll find plenty of tapas bars nearby as well as sophisticated restaurants and live music venues offering everything from jazz to flamenco.

The apartments are in the historic building Can Blau, 3 floors with elevator. bathrooms with shower enclosure. Living room and bedroom with windows. Plasma TV, satellite Tv with international channels.

The kitchen comes supplied with cutlery, plates, cups and glasses, besides of toaster, water boiler, microwave, Italian Nesspresso coffee machine, stoves, fridge and freezer.

Up in the roof an open swimming pool with solarium area. Relax in the sun beds or choose our balinese bed to have a fresh 'siesta'.

We did not forget washing machine, dryer, iron and iron board to keep you elegant and clean. Towels and linen included.

Outside feel the city beat and follow the street which guide to the the authentic Palma neighbor. It is within walking distance of the Plaza Mayor and in the old town district. Very close to major shopping areas, famous food markets (Olivar, Santa Catalina), bars and restaurants. For those who enjoy the nightlife with a wide selection of stores. You’ll find plenty of tapas bars nearby as well as sophisticated restaurants and live music venues offering everything from jazz to flamenco.

Beautiful modern apartment in heart of old town

The apartment was beautiful - very clean and modern, with lovely furniture and décor. It is exactly as it looks in the images. The building itself is also very new and modern, and the rooftop terrace is amazing. There are sunbeds and a plunge pool, and for the majority of the stay, we felt like we had it to ourselves as we did not see anyone else until our final night. Having parking included was very helpful, although our key to get in didn't work meaning we had to go in the same way cars did, where our fob did work. It was fine - just meant a short jaunt down two ramps. The owner provides beach towels as well which was a nice touch, as well as a great stereo system with an auxiliary hook up and blue tooth connection. Location wise it was perfect - walking distance to anything in the old town, which is in my opinion the nicest area of the city.

My only complaint is this - on the Saturday evening some renters had moved into the suite across the hall. They were extremely loud - had at least 8 to 10 people in their small suite, played loud music, and would leave their front door open (which was right across the hall from my door). In addition, they were constantly slamming doors and running up and down the stairs to the roof top deck. This went on until about 3:30 am - and sadly, I had to get up at 4:30 am to catch my flight home. After asking them to keep it down, they did briefly, but it was short lived. There is clearly not much in terms of sound proofing, and so this apartment is great for those who don't get bothered by noise, or for times when nobody else is there or those who are, are considerate individuals. I'm sure this isn't the normal renter here, and just bad luck in my timing of staying here.

Overall, I would recommend this place to a friend.

Many people come to Majorca to enjoy the magnificent beaches, and taking accommodation in Palma de Mallorca is a great option for a beach holiday. Surrounding the city are some fantastic sand beaches, from the tourist beaches of the resorts of Can Pastilla and Cala Mayor to the quieter beaches of Ciutat Jardi, S’Arenal and Es Molinar. Majorca is an island with excellent local produce and a wine culture dating back to Roman times; there are a number of wineries inland offering guided tours and tasting sessions. Majorca’s coast features some incredible beaches. Majorca’s rugged north provides some beautiful landscapes, covered with pine forest, citrus and olive groves and can be explored via a number of hiking routes. There are formidable trails guiding you through the Serra de Tramuntana or less challenging walks via the beautiful almond groves around Sóller in the winter.

Golfing - Across a small area, Mallorca offers 18 full-sized public courses, making it one of the best destinations for the sport in Europe. They are clustered mostly towards the north east and south west of the island, with four to be found near Arta and six close to the town of Andratx; there’s also a nine-hole course at Manacor.
