Stunning Townhouse,quiet natural surroundings
Just back from our 4th(!) visit to this wonderful holiday house , we absolutely love it here ,and are more than happy to recommend it. Situated in the small Spanish village of Torremendo nestled in the national park area , with it's rolling hills and orange groves, close to the Embalse de Pedrera reservior, it's is both idyllic and quiet. The house itself, is part of small complex , it's modern and very well appointed , a perfect place to relax , and there's the pool as well ! Both the cleaner and caretaker are English residents on the complex and do a fantastic job keeping the place immaculate. The village is typically Spanish with restaurants and bars , some shops and a bank . Torremendo is a great base to stay , it's close enough to the lovely beaches of the Costa blanca, but also close to the national parks and the historically interesting city of Murcia . If you're keen cyclist like us , this area has long been a mecca for cycling with it's quiet roads and stunning scenery.
I'm already looking forward to my next visit !!
