In a 16th century hamlet, at the end of a 2km cul-de-sac, Caussenarde house of 85m² with 2500m² garden. Outside: 1 table and a garden furniture, hammock and barbecue. Inside: kitchen / living room, small bathroom / WC, 3 bedrooms (12, 12 and 24m²), dishwasher, Focus fireplace and stereo.
The place is a true haven of nature and tranquility, the "neo" atmosphere of the hamlet is joyful and friendly. You are at the crossroads of 3 departments (Gard, Aveyron and Hérault), many hikes starting from the house, 4 hours walk from the Couvertoirade (Templar city) to the west and 5 hours from the Cirque de Navacelles to the east.
You are 30 minutes from Vigan (supermarket, market, cinema, laundromat), 20 minutes from St Jean du Bruel (market, swimming in the Dourbies) and 30 minutes from the A75 motorway (exit Caylar). 1h15 from Montpellier, the scenery is guaranteed.

Au bout du monde

Environs : privilégier les balades à pied à partir de la maison, parfait avec un chien. Le hameau est dans un cul de sac, compter à chaque fois 16 mn pour sortir du Causse en voiture. Maison ancienne petite, confort rustique. Grand jardin bien entretenu.

Dépaysement total !

Pas de réseau et ça c'est le bonheur. Cadre super sympa, le coin regorge de découvertes (les canoles à Nant, le cirque de Navacelles, le hameau de Navacelles, la Couvertoirade...). Vacances paisibles en famille.

Un havre de paix au bout du monde

Une maison très agréable, chaleureuse (comme les propriétaires) et bien équipée. Dans un vaste jardin étagé et ombragé, au milieu d'un hameau aux habitants accueillants et discrets. Possibilité de belles balades sur le Causse à proximité. L'absence de réseau ajoute au sentiment précieux d'être au bout du monde.

Un petit bout du monde…

Au bout de la route, au début des chemins qui partent vers le Causse, la maison est idéale pour une déconnexion totale ( très peu de réseau). Elle est “dans son jus”, et elle a beaucoup de charme. On sent très vite que cette maison vit, jeux, livres, ustensiles de cuisine… nous avons très vite pris nos marques ! Les jardins sont très agréables, et le calme de ce hameau tellement appréciable… Sans compter, les chemins de rando qui partent de la maison, et à quelques kms villages et sites splendides a découvrir, sans compter les coins de baignades dans les rivières… Une petite précision, l’escalier, est étroit et raide… Juste un regret… ne pas avoir rencontré les propriétaires qui ont été toujours disponibles et réactifs dès que nous avions une question…. Merci Nathalie !!
