Enter via the private driveway, open the front door and the first thing that impresses is the large, bright and spacious lounge/dining room complete with attractive terracotta tiled floor.
You’ll find a luscious sofa in the lounge area, perfect for putting your feet up after a day exploring all the best Mallorca has to offer. Catch up with the news on the large screen satellite TV or simply make use of the in-house wi-fi system.
In the downstairs area at Can Perro Peludo you will find three spacious double bedrooms complete with two thoroughly modern bathrooms plus a dressing room.
From here you can exit on to a large covered sun terrace and the lovely garden and swimming pool beyond.
Upstairs at Villa Can Perro Peludo is the gorgeous, bright open plan kitchen. It`s fully equipped with all the mod-cons you would expect, including a huge fridge/freezer to keep everything freshly chilled during the hot weather. The large dining table is ideal for a get together over a tasty family meal.
From the kitchen you enter onto the large, rather fabulous roof terrace. The views of the mountains beyond and the lovely Mallorcan countryside are spectacular indeed. The roof terrace is partially covered so can be thoroughly enjoyed whatever the weather. There are barbecue facilities here too.
One of the many attractions of Can Pedro Peludo is that it is fenced off and therefore totally private. Outside of the property you can put your feet up on the sun terrace or take a stroll around the lovely lush green lawn. But perhaps the best outdoor feature is the large, elevated swimming swimming pool, just perfect for cooling off in the hot Mallorcan sun. (You also enjoy fabulous views of the surrounding countryside.)
There`s a sizeable patio surrounding the pool too, with loungers provided for a well-deserved relax.
