This charming newly renovated holiday apartment in Malaga centre with three bedrooms is decorated in modern design with bright colours and new high-quality furniture and sleeps a total of six people. The holiday rental is ideal for a cultural city break in Malaga.

From the entrance there is direct access to the kitchen-dining room which offers a brand new kitchen with all accessories, dining table, sofa, flat-screen "smart TV" and access to the 15m2 large terrace with chill-out sofa and café table. The terrace offers fantastic views of Malaga city.

From the living room there is access to one bathroom with shower and three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 contains one single bed (which can be made into a double bed), fitted wardrobes and access to the terrace. Bedroom 2 offers a double bed (180x200 cm), fitted wardrobes and access to the terrace. Bedroom 3 offers double bed (180x200 cm) fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub.

We offer parking for 15 € per day, situated 800 meters from the apartment.

Air conditioning and heating is available in the 3 bedrooms and the living room area.

Lovely apartment in the center of the city!

We stayed in the property for 10 days and we enjoyed every moment of it! It was clean, light, comfortable (furniture, beds) and very well-maintained. It fulfilled all the promises. Only a 10 minutes of - slow - walking to the historical center and only 5 minutes more to the beach. The busstop was in front of the apartment. A very nice restaurant Montana on the other side of the street en more restaurant in the neighbourhood. The supermarket on 5 minutes. The next time I'll come to Malaga I want to stay here again and I'm sure I willl recommend it to friends and relatives. Thanks for the good service and the lovely apartment!

Sleepless nights but lovely apartment

Our Solaga apartment was pleasant, bright, modern and clean. It was welcoming and well kitted out with every amenity you could want. However, it was not a suitable apartment for a family wanting a restful holiday.

The neighbours were quiet but it was impossible to get a night of undisturbed sleep. Motorbikes (or scooters) are popular and the apartment is situated on Calle Campa de la Victoria which is a busy road. Motorbikes were revving up to 1.00am and from 6.00am and in between lorries and trucks did their bit to ensure a noisy night. Then, in the apartment building itself, if anyone flushed a toilet in a nearby flat you'd know about it.

In terms of the quality of accommodation, there was no full length mirror although there was ample wall space to accommodate at least one. The sinks in the bathrooms were impossibly small. It would have been easy to increase their size and put storage on the walls. The plumbing was not the freshest.There were odd odours in the bathrooms for no reason. Finally, it would have been helpful if there was a welcome pack with information about buses, trains, shop opening hours, places to visit, etc. We have stayed in apartments and houses before where this was provided and it was much appreciated.

Overall, the lack of sleep spoilt the holiday and I would not recommend this apartment for that reason. On arrival, we were exhausted and very much in need of a restful week, but we left feeling worse than when we had arrived.

Such a shame. The apartment was great to look at but did not fulfil its promise. 😕

Owner's Response: First of all, I am sorry you had such a bad experience and I would like to add a few comments to your review feedback. Malaga is a big city and it is correct that there can be traffic and noise especially from scooters. Here in Malaga unfortunately the rubbish is always collected at night. To prevent that being a problem, the apartment was fully renovated in 2015 with uPVC double glazed windows. I am not sure if you closed them at night, because if so then this should have reduced any street noise. The sinks in the bathrooms were carefully selected by the home owner to match the design of the bathrooms and they are exactly the same as the ones you can see on the photos on the advert. Maybe they are not to your taste and if so, I would like to apologize for that. Regarding plumbing, then I would again like to mention, that the apartment was completely renovated in 2015 and that goes for the pipes too. We do provide both maps and information of Malaga and they can be found in the living room. It might have been that we didn’t show it to you because of the very late arrival and flight delay. However, we like your idea of a bigger mirror and we will look into it as soon as possible. Regards

Hallo Herr Hansen,

Das Apartement war genau wie beschrieben, Sehr neu (Erstbezug).

5 min zum Zentrum. Abwicklung tadellos, freundliche Begrüßung und Einführung.

Der Balkon ist nicht ganz so groß wie es auf dem Foto scheint, aber des Wetter war eh nicht zu Balkon sitzen. Um die nagelneue Küche zu benutzen hatten wir leider keine Zeit. Insgesamt eine sehr zu empfehlende Location!

Saubere, freundliche und helle Fewo

Diese Fewo kann ich nur empfehlen.Die freundliche, nette und unkomplizierte Besitzerin der Wohnung gibt auch Tips und Infos rund um Malaga. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Innenstadt nah. Leider muß man/Frau viel Geduld beim Auffinden eines Autoparkplatz aufbringen.
