COMPLETELY INDEPENDENT (in the months of July and August, preferably, in the months of July and August the departures and arrivals are on Saturdays-.

Charming house (true sea view,) in the historic center of Monopoli on the sixteenth century walls, a stone's throw from the sea and the enchanting sandy and rocky coves. The house has a living room, lounge, 2 bedrooms (4/5 beds), 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge,) panoramic terraces overlooking the sea (150 sqm), solarium, WiFi connection (fiber) free and unlimited, air conditioning, heating. Tastefully furnished, parquet floor. Outstanding stay in fantastic apartment

Beautiful, spacious, well equipped apartment with brilliant outdoor space and in a fantastic location at the edge of the old town. There was absolutely nothing to fault. The host, Alex, was an absolute star - kind and helpful and went out of his way for us. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Oh, and Monopoli was great as well.

Magic Monopoli Property

Outstanding property with everything you could possibly need. Alex Ada and Rocky were brilliant hosts . Very helpful and lovely people. I would highly recommend this property. It was such a nice place to come home to at the end of the day out and about. Just like being home!

Live the Italian life

We loved our week in Monopoli with our 2 teenage boys. The apartment is fantastic - immaculate and with amazing views. We loved the terraces and enjoyed eating breakfast every morning overlooking the harbour. Monopoli is beautiful with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants to choose from. Everything is within walking distance including the small beach in town. We did hire a car for one day and visited some historic Puglian towns. We would love to return to Monopoli one day. Thank you to Alex for picking us up from the train station and explaining everything.

Fabulous apartment excellent location

We have just enjoyed a wonderful week in Monopoli. The apartment was as excellent as other reviews say. Alex and Ada were there to welcome us and provided fresh fruit, milk etc to start our holiday. The apartment was very well equipped, spacious and beautifully decorated. The central location was great for the old town, plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We loved sitting on the balcony in an evening watching the activity in the harbour. We used the apartment as a base for trips to Alberobello, Martina Franca, Ostuni, Lecce, Matera and Putignano and found them all within reasonable driving distance. Each place had its own interest and charm. The local food and wine specialities were interesting to try and we loved the pasticioco as a treat. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending this apartment to all our friends. 4 adults from North Wales September 2018

Stunning home right on the harbour

We had high expectations about this property as the website photographs and reviews were brilliant; we were not disappointed. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with such a warm welcome from owners Alex and Ada and their son Rocky and a huge basket of fresh fruit, coffee, Puglian savoury biscuits etc. They spent time showing us round their beautiful home (which has been given a recent make-over) and were always on call for any questions. The house itself had wonderful views from the terraces (up a beautiful spiral stair case) of the harbour on one side and the old town on the other. We spent hours on the terrace just outside the kitchen watching the boats coming in and eating al fresco. All the rooms were tastefully decorated with welcomed air con in each room so sleeping was easy! The kitchen was fully equipped and everything was very clean. We would go back in a flash to this beautiful home - the location, the owners and the place itself. Not a bad word to say!
