Modern Palmeras is a luxurious, white washed mansion residing comfortably in the leafy suburb of Crestatx, just a short, scenic drive from the historic town of Pollensa in the north of Mallorca.

Set in a large private plot, Modern Palmeras is a an absolutely stunning property - it unique, inspired design really sets it apart from many of the other villas in the area.

Entering through the large double doors, you step into an enormous, open plan living space with large sliding windows that let light flood into the lounge and dining area.

The lounge set up consists of a large, plush corner sofa which is just waiting to be sunk into at the end of a long day exploring the island, and a smaller two-seater, centred around a large coffee table and TV with satellite channels, meaning you and your family can keep up with your favourite programs from home!

From the elegant dining table there are great views of the garden the tall, proud palms. Why sit inside though? Modern Palmeras also has outdoor dining furniture for all ten guests beneath the veranda that runs along the entire south-east side of the villa.

To the right of the entrance you can head through into the equally spacious kitchen, which comes fully equipped and kitted out with everything you`ll need to whip up a feast, and it does it with style! And the chef won`t be lonely - there`s a breakfast (or evening) bar, and a breakfast table.

From the kitchen you have access to the covered terrace as well as a laundry room with washer and drier.

Downstairs there is one of Modern Palmera`s five fantastic bedrooms - this double has an en suite with a bath and shower, as well as access to the terrace and garden.

Adjacent to the door to this bedroom is a WC.

Follow Modern Palmeras winding, grand staircase and you`ll reach a contemporary catwalk, with walls adorned by some owners art collection and two lounge chairs to complete the chic decor. Once again large windows allow light to flood in at this level.

To the left you have the large master suite which has a large double bed, private balcony, en suite bathroom and even a walk in wardrobe!

To the right are the remaining three bedrooms; on the last as you walk down the corridor are two twins bedrooms which share a bathroom opposite and a small private terrace, and a double bedroom with a compact en suite and private north-west facing balcony.

Modern Palmeras is surrounded by an extensive lawn and has both a ping-pong table and children`s play house, which along with the swimming pool will definitely keep the little ones happy!

The aforementioned covered terrace has both lounge and dining furniture, and there is a gas barbecue which can be moved around to suit your needs.

All in all, Modern Palmeras is the perfect choice for large families or groups looking for somewhere out of the way from the hustle and bustle of Mallorca`s popular towns, whilst only being a short distance from shopping, towns and sandy beaches.
