Located in the much sought after San Jaime area of Moraira in a quiet residential location this villa is just a short walk away from two or three restaurants and the golf course, 15 minutes safe walk from the coast road (with many more good restaurants and bars) and 5 minutes drive from the centre of Moraira. This luxury property occupies a large plot and offers spacious accommodation for a large family. With two completely separate and very comfortably furnished lounges, two kitchens and two dining areas, this house is ideal for two families sharing or families with teenagers. Well equipped, with three outdoor dining areas and comfortable sunbeds. Both the upper and lower accommodation provide wi-fi connection, LCD TV's with all of the UK Freeview channels, DVD players and both kitchens provide dishwashers.
Entry via secure remote control driveway also with video entry system leading onto a driveway with shaded carport and space for two vehicles (further parking available on the street outside the property). The lower floor accommodation accessed via a large covered porch with outdoor dining table and chairs or via double patio doors to the rear of the property. The lower floor comprises a very spacious one bedroom apartment with an entry hall (with desk area and access to guest WC), a large air conditioned master bedroom with large ensuite (walk in shower, vanity unit with sink and toilet). Two steps from the hallway lead down to a large open plan living area, including an open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. The stylish lounge provides comfortable modern furnishings with LCD TV, DVD player and UK freeview satellite channels and a dining area with table seating eight people comfortably. Two sets of double patio doors from the lounge and dining area lead onto a large dining terrace with retractable awning for shade if required. Steps from the outdoor dining terrace lead out on to the mature, well-tended gardens, brimming with flowering shrubs and fruit trees, including lemon, apple, orange and almond trees. The swimming pool has broad Roman Steps ideal for children and is larger than average measuring 9.5m x 4.5m. The pool terrace is spacious, sunny and also offers plenty of shaded space. There are numerous sun loungers and three separate outdoor seating areas for dining Al fresco and a barbecue is provided. External stairs to the rear of the property lead up to the first floor accommodation. The entrance hall leads into the large open plan living space, featuring LCD TV with UK freeview satellite channels, DVD player and a digital safe. There is a dining table to seat four and an open plan kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and door leading into a separate utility room with washing machine. Patio doors from the dining area lead out onto a spacious covered balcony with cosy seating and a dining table for four: a good place to relax. There are three good sized bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom with air conditioning, Queen sized bed, ensuite bathroom with bath, vanity unit, sink, bidet and toilet. There is a further double bedroom and one with a double bed and one single bed. Bedrooms two and three share a family bathroom with shower. All upstairs bedrooms provide built in wardrobes and the two bedrooms without air conditioning are provided with powerful fans. The main living areas are also provided with powerful fans and all of the windows in the house have pull down security shutters and mosquito nets. Wifi is available throughout the villa. Within 5 minutes walk of the villa are a few very good restaurants, a bar and Moraira's Ifach golf course. This property comes with our highest recommendations.

Absolutely Dreadful !
We rented this villa through Direct Villa Holidays in Spain. The villa was described as a 'luxury villa' but was anything but. We wrote an email of the 12 issues to Direct Villa Holidays at the end of our stay which at time of writing this review, they had not responded to. The interior was very run down, the fabric on the sofas, chairs and bedding was very stained, the outside furniture and sunbeds were very worn and torn, and worst of all the kitchen equipment in the 1st floor part of the villa did not function. Despite reporting the faults in the kitchen to the management at Direct Villa Holidays, they did nothing to correct the situation during the two month period of our stay. We definitely would not recommend either this villa or Direct Villa Holidays to anyone let alone our friends.
Activity and Interests
Few people forget their visit to Moraira, having discovered the jewel in the Costa Blanca's crown.
The beautiful, sophisticated town of Moraira is now the most exclusive and pleasant place to stay whilst on holiday on the Costa Blanca, perhaps in Spain. It still has all of the charm of a small picturesque fishing town nestled between mountains and vineyards but at the same time has grown to offer almost everything for the perfect holiday.
Moraira offers a huge variety of restaurants and bars to cater for every taste and budget. As the sun goes down and your meal is finished you can always head to one of Moraira's many cafe bars and sit and watch the world go by, or move on to one of several bars or one of the town's two nightclubs.
For those with children, quick relief can be found opposite the town centre where an excellent permanent fairground resides. Or you can choose from one of several places that serves every flavour of ice cream or browse the stalls of the street market nearby.
Just walking around Moraira is a rewarding pursuit in itself - the central market square has many places to sit down and eat or drink, the streets are a mix of quaint cobbled narrow alleys and modern avenues lined with palm trees and fountains and there are many quiet places to sit and watch the world go by or to watch the sea and stunning vista along the coastline to Calpe.
For the active, Moraira offers an excellent array of sports to suit all, including jet ski hire, water skiing, deep sea fishing, diving tuition and equipment hire, tennis courts, a golf course, mini golf and mountain bike hire. For children there are specially designed park areas to play safely in and around the town. Alternatively for a great day out visit Paramount Theme Park, Aqualandia, Mondumar, Font D'Algar, Verger Safari Park or even Valencia for its shopping and unique culture.
