Spacious Four Bedroom House With Amazing Master Bedroom Studio!

This modern three-storey villa has three doubles and one single bedroom with large communal lounge, kitchen, outside and inside dining areas. This contemporary open plan villa has a light and spacious feel with white, fresh decor throughout with Moorish design details to reflect the Morrocan elements of the town and the Ancient Moorish Tower which overlooks the pool area.

Situated in a small gated community of 14 houses, the area is residential and peaceful with fantastic views over the sea and little light pollution allowing you to view the whole night sky! The communal pool (10x8m) overlooks the Ocean with both grass and tiled areas and catches a beautiful breeze which is perfect for sunbathing.

The top floor includes two double bedrooms and one single room with it's own small terrace and shared bathroom with bath and shower. The views from these rooms is just spectacular straight over the ocean, onto the Salobrena headland and with the Sierra Nevada mountains behind which can be reached in just 1.5 hours for hiking and skiing! When you are lying in either of the double beds you can only see the endless ocean and beautiful sky when looking out the window!

The front door opens up to large lounge area with WIFI, TV and large double doors onto the terrace. There is a dining table on the terrace which is great for lunches and watching the sunset over the horizon in the evenings. We also have a large built in brick barbecue unit which is fantastic with all the fresh fish and meat at the local market. Terrace furniture also includes sun umbrellas which you can take to the beach with you and sun loungers which can also be taken up to the pool area.

Inside the kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine and all utensils including a large main fridge and separate wine cooler. Utility area includes dishwasher and washing machine and there is also a downstairs toilet and shower unit. Extending on there is an inside dining room and book shelf so feel free to grab a book from our collection and relax into your holiday!

The whole lower floor houses the luxurious master bedroom with round bed. There is a large wet-room en-suite with jacuzzi bath and walk-in shower. Mosquito nets also protect the master bedroom windows.

All windows are double glazed with black-out blinds so you can have a truly relaxing lie-in!

This town maintains it's true Spanish traditions along with authentic food and bars almost all of which give you a free tapas with your drink order!

All guests must abide by the community regulations inside the complex and around the pool area, being considerate of other guests and being mindful that this is a quiet residential area.

Parking space is available outside the house.

We request Check-in after 4pm and Check-out before 10am please. If you would like to arrive/leave out of these times please email me to arrange and agree beforehand.

We spent a wonderful holiday in your house with the family. Everybody liked the house very much. Lots of space, great views. Good terrasse. Everything very clean. I had a good correspondence with the owner and got quick replies to my questions, and the delivery of the keys to my husband was good. The wifi worked really well when you think of all the electronic things like smartphones and tablets the family had brought.

The listing description: well, in the advertisement it says, sleep 8 persons. There were 7 beds so I had to pay for en extra matress which I accepted. There were 6 chairs at the diningtable and 6 at the table on the terrasse, but we managed and took the chairs where they were needed. It would be a good idea with more plates. There were 3 small ones !!! The worst thing, which I think you have to do something about is the oven. There is a leak so my son got an electric shock. That can be dangerous. Also the relay cut off several times when we used the oven. We understand that is a Spanish thing and Sue had shown us what to do about it. It was also a disappointment that the jacuzzi did not work. It would have been nice to know before Sue told us. If you fix these things you will get 5 stars. Yours Annelise, Denmark 13 to 20 February 2016

A nice villa with everything you need, in a safe environnement. All facilities downtown at five minutes by car.

An amaizing view and a terrace facing the see .

A perfect location to visit the south coast of spain.

The property is very well presented and maintained. The comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, wine cooler and a supply of good books makes this rental property feels more like a home from home stay. We loved the views from our bedrooms and balcony. The walk into town is a pleasure however, the walk back can be a challenge for the less able as the house is situated on a hill. However, taxis from town is relatively cheap. We would stay at this property again.

Within easy drive of Malaga airport.

Lovely villa in gated estate high on hill above Almunecar with excellent views of the sea. Estate was quiet and well tended with beautiful scented flowering plants. Spacious, clean and well appointed. Luxurious wet room with jacuzzi in lower level. Airconditioning was essential and worked well.

Several beaches within a ten minute drive. One good restaurant (just) within walking distance. Otherwise a car is essential for all other needs.

Communal pool in lovely spot and not busy.

The house is really nice, spacious, well eqipped with high quality kitchen tools. AC, inside and outside dining area. The terracce has a beautiful view. 3 bathrooms! Car needed! I would fully recommend it and book it again...

Situated in the traditional Spanish town of Almunecar with it's narrow cobbled streets and array of tapas bars and restaurants you have the ideal location for sand and sun in the summer and Sierra Nevada Ski resort only a short drive for winter sports. There is a beautiful Moorish influence in the town reflected in the decor of this villa.

The villa is surrounded by beaches that have large floating platforms with slides to swim out to in the summer with an array of both sea front restaurants and local tapas bars in the depths of the centre where you can always expect a free tapas with your drinks!

In the middle of Malaga and Granada, the beautiful Alhambra Palace is a great historical site as well as the fascinating caves in Nerja towards Malaga.

The slopes can be reached in under an hour which is a great novelty, sunbathing on the terrace in the morning and then skiing down the piste in the afternoon! Sierra Nevada is also a great outdoors attraction in the summer with many hiking trails in the beautiful mountains.

From Casa Alexandria you can almost reach out and touch Africa and its special climate. The town is backed by rugged hills, valleys and agricultural land of olive groves, almond and carob trees.
