Cole Ridge is a privately owned family ski chalet. It is located amidst beautiful countryside with stunning views, next to the piste, making it a perfect ski in / ski out location.

The chalet sleeps 10/12 people, making it perfect for 2-3 families. Comfortably furnished and equipped to a high standard, it boasts many luxury items such as sauna, outdoor Jacuzzi hot tub and flat screen TVs in the bedrooms, plus WIFI.

Top Floor

Entrance hallway and cloakroom. Double bedroom with wall mounted LCD screen. Bathroom with over bath shower, wc. Mezzanine area with pool table. Further double bedroom with en-suite shower and wc. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Single garage with storage shelves and ski boot warmer .

Middle Floor

Large contemporary open plan living space with vaulted ceiling. Comfortable sitting area with central double sided fireplace and a large flat screen TV. Dining area seating 10 comfortably and modern kitchen / breakfast area. From this open plan floor, there is access to the south east facing balcony and south facing patio terrace with Jacuzzi hot tub. Guest wc. Separate large TV room which can be converted into a double bedroom for an additional 2 guests if required.

Lower Floor

3 double bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms with over bath showers and wc's and wall mounted LCD screens. All three bedrooms have direct access onto the lower balcony. There is also a sauna on this floor.

Location, Location, Location

I have stayed at Cole Ridge twice. The first time we travelled by car from London and were absolutely blown away on arrival at Cole Ridge. The Village has a lovely unspoilt alpine charm. The chalet has a real wow factor and it's setting is second to none. Skiing only metres from the property. I love the skiing in Grimentz as it feels very exclusive yet unpretentious. Anywhere I can ski in pristine conditions with almost nobody to get in your way gets my vote!

wow !! must go back for a third time !

When we arrived at the beautiful town of Grimentz we all said 'why haven't we been too or even heard of this alpine village before.' Cole ridge is ALMOST! as good as the skiing on its door step - we have been a few times now to Cole ridge and if your looking for queues at lifts, and a small chalet this is not the place to go to... its high enough to have snow most of the time which is a plus. You open the front door walk 20 meters and ski to the lift, which takes you to slopes way above with no one compete with - the pictures give you a feel of the chalet which is amazing - be quick before the rest of the world hear about Grimentz and Cole ridge

fabulous alpine chalet

travelled with a mixed group of adults and children,everybody loved the chalet,top quality furnishings and interior.Views are incredible and everybody agreed the access to piste nd village was second to none.Would have no hesitation in recommending coleridge.We met the owner who is a really nice guy and obviously takes great pride in his chalet.Recommended!

BOOM Shaka laka!

Fantastic chalet - a complete one off. If Carlsburg did Swiss Chalets...

With every facility and gadget you could dream up, 5* comfort, and those incredible views topped off by the ski in ski out location.

The skiing was varied enough - plenty for our beginners - who were still finding new runs to do at the end of the holiday, for more experienced boarders and skiers the cable car over to Zinal means there is more than enough for everybody of all abilities, once you have spent a three or four days exploring Grimentze - the cable car across is a good option to have. Our favorite run was the black run back to Grimentze from Zinal which starts of traversing through the crags at the top of the mountain before opening up and delivering an intoxicating long, long - very steep straight down the hill run, followed by an exciting roller coaster section down through the tree line prior to enjoying the final run down through the forrest, back to the village.

The sledge runs into Grimentze from the gondola (Bendola) are also definitely worth spending at least an afternoon on as well.

The hospitality, and quality in the local bars and eatery's was also top class - no wonder so many reviewers call Grimentze the hidden gem of the Alps!

If you manage to get booked into Coleridge you will be staying in a hidden gem within a hidden gem!
