3 room apartment of 65m² located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), very bright and very quiet. The residence is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, accessible via avenue du Maréchal Leclerc, and is connected to the port by a small private pedestrian passage (which opens just behind the church). Beaches, harbor and town center in the immediate vicinity, everything can be done on foot. Apartment completely renovated in 2018: large living room with south-facing balcony overlooking the garden, fully equipped kitchen (LL and LV), a master bedroom (160 bed), a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom (shower) .
