Bright, comfortable, recently renovated 70 m2 two bedrooms apartment with terrace conveniently located in a doorman building of the Paseo Maritimo of Palma de Mallorca. The centre of Palma can be reached by a very beautiful and tranquil walk or a convenient bus. There is also easy access also to the nearby beaches. Bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and nightclubs are also in the vicinity.

This property with a large swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful garden meticulously landscaped common area. The apartment has been renovated in 2014 and furnished in a clean, modern and tasteful style. It is a very quiet two bedroom, one bathroom with spacious terrace. It offers a comfortable and safe accommodation for up to four people in an excellent location.

With modern, brand new furniture, the apartment has parquet white oak flooring.

It consists of:

– Bright double bedroom with views of the Palma bay. The bed size is 140cmx200cm. A very spacious build-in wardrobe.

– A larger second bedroom facing a courtyard. The bed size is 160cmx200cm. A very spacious build-in wardrobe.

– Th living room has a 42 inches flat screen TV (Smart TV) and a very comfortable sofa.

– The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer induction electric stove, microwave, coffee, oven, dishes, pots, pans and other kitchen utensils. The dining area has a modern round glass table that comfortable seats four.

– The large terrace offers views of the garden, swimming pool, mountains and harbour. It has a comfortable table and chairs that host four to six people. At night, the lights of the harbour, the city and the Cathedral come to life.

– The bathroom has a wash basin, WC, bidet and a shower enclosure.

This suits as a romantic city location, a fun getaway or a quiet destination for all ages. A car is not necessary, but if coming by automobile, you can park for free just outside the apartment.

Owner's Response: Thanks for your comments regarding the location and how nice the apartment is. Regarding the water pressure, as we mentioned, the building was performing some repairs and it was a little bit lower than usual. Now is already back to normal.

Very nice apartment

The apartment is very nice and exactly as shown on the pictures. It was very clean and we were greeted at the door by the owner, Bartomeu's, nephew David who was very helpful in showing us around and explaining local amenities. David was also very prompt in answering any questions we had during our stay.

The apartment is in an excellent location, a bus stop and taxi ranks are right outside. The bus will take you directly into the centre of Palma in one direction and to 2 great beaches in the other. (Palma centre and the beach are also within walking distance if you're feeling fit, about 20 mins to beach and 30 mins to Palma).

We very much enjoyed our stay, the only reason we didn't give it 5 stars was there was some building work going on in the apartment block while we visited which was quite noisy and the guy who watches the pool on weekends (the pool police as we came to know him - no toys, no jumping, no t-shirts, no smiling) was very strict and quite mean - to the point where we didn't bother using the pool on weekends.

One tip for any English people staying, the TV only has about 8 channels and only 1 in English, so if like us you are travelling will kids you may want to pack a few DVD's.

We would definitely consider staying again if we were going to Palma.

great base for a holiday, everything you need was there. Greeted on arrival and shown everything we need to know. The apartment was clean and had maps and books about the local area that we found very helpful. Would highly recommend. The apartment is just on the edge of the main strip but the 1.5euros bus runs every 15 mins and we found it a great asset to our holiday. The pool was never crowded , it could do with a facelift but this did not take anything away from the holiday. Thanks for a great stay and we will be back , one last point, the ease of the holiday was knowing we had someone on the end of the phone if we needed anything. Great time was had by all.

Great apartment in Palma close to Porto Pi

Thanks for a great stay in your lovely apartment! The apartment was clean and modern and equipped with everything we needed. The location was great as the weather wasn't too good and we were literally in front of Porto Pi Shopping Centre. It was nice to enjoy a relaxed scenic walk along the marina into Palma which is easily one of my favourite cities. Would return!

The Neighborhood

Palma de Mallorca is a favourite Mediterranean yachting destination and luxury sailing yacht base. Across the street from the apartment, right on the Paseo Maritimo, the harbour showcases super-yachts and charter yachts that cruise the coast of Mallorca and the neighbouring islands of the Mediterranean. Palma has a large and historic port and the primary maritime super-yacht hub of the island.

Getting around

The apartment has easy access all year round to the most important attractions of Palma and the rest of the island. Located on the front line of the Palma bay, it is only a short walk away to the marina with restaurants, nightclubs and a diverse night life options. Palma is fun and very stylish exciting city. The most beautiful beaches are easily accessible to the east and west of the town.

The building where this apartment is located offer all the amenities of a well kept condominium: swimming pool, elevators, beautiful gardens and common terraces.
