Luxurious 5 bedroom single-family home inside the gates of the exclusive Beaver Creek Resort. This elegantly appointed house is located in the Enclave Community and boasts beautiful mountain views. Serviced by Beaver Creek's complimentary shuttle, guests are chauffeured from the house directly to the slopes, restaurants or shopping, day or night.

This 3,800 sq.ft. beautifully decorated home features a spacious great room with a fireplace & mountain view. The adjoining dining room seats 12 and is open to the kitchen area. House is equipped with high-speed wireless internet service.

The house handles large groups well; with 5 separate bedrooms and 5.5 baths and two family rooms (main level plasma TV and terrace level big-screen TV) assures privacy for large groups. Enjoy our fully stocked gourmet kitchens, or dine in the valley's finest restaurants in Avon, Edwards or Beaver Creek.

Three BR's enjoy en suite baths with two BR's sharing a Jack & Jill bath. Two master suites (one King, one Queen) each have a steam shower, soaking tub and separate vanity areas. A private 6-person hot tub is located on the lower level deck accessed by the terrace level great room. 1 BR upstairs has 2 single beds, while the other two bedrooms upstairs each have queen beds. There are also two sets of bunkbeds and a pull-out sofa on the terrace level.

For summer vacationers, there are 3 miles of private fishing on the Eagle River and 15 golf courses within 15 miles. Whether you're hiking, biking, horseback riding or white water rafting, there's an adventure for everyone. Private swimming and tennis are located 50 yards across from our home for your enjoyment.

Large home in a great location

The home is very spacious with lots of room for our group of 11. Joanne, the owner, was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. The location in Beaver Creek was close to everything and you just can't beat the shuttle that will pick you up right outside the door and take you anywhere in the Beaver Creek resort. It works like Uber/Lyft and is complementary. We also liked the hot tub set up where only the hot tub is exposed to the sky. Having a covered area to approach the hot tub was very nice. The only thing to keep in mind that with 12 people we were short on pots and pans to cook for everyone but there were plenty of plates and utensils. We would definately stay here again.

We decided in 2005 to purchase a vacation home so that we could share with renters, as well our friends and family. We welcome you into our home and hope you will create wonderful memories, just as we have over the years.

Why they chose this property

Our home is extremely comfortable and wonderful for large groups. It's located just off Beaver Creek Drive, so it's very easy to catch our complimentary shuttle service to take you straight into the village. You will enjoy the luxury of the resort which is less than a 5 minute shuttle ride.

What makes this property unique

The location and size of the house is the reason we feel in love with our home. You can't beat the location and the extra living room on the terrace level was just what we needed for our large family.
