This completely refurbished first floor apartment with large balcony for enjoying the afternoon and evening sun while overlooking the Alborran Hills and view of the sea. Close to major towns for sightseeing and shopping as well as championship golf courses for the odd round or two! The apartment has been completely refurbished in November 2015 includes air conditioning/heating and is fully equipped for your holiday including internet and WIFI facility. The central grassed area has two swimming pools (adult and children’s pool) and is a real sun trap.

This apartment is close to the beach and is excellent if you have a small dog due to the nice walks nearby.

Excellent apartment
This apartment is excellent if you want a quiet area close to the beach. It is also ideal if you have a dog as there are plenty of walks around the property.

Rang to meet a guy with keys for our stay. He gave me keys and a fob but the key for the pool didn’t work so not happy. When stopped keys off to him he was available and then was rather rude when he collected them. A shame as the apartment was pretty good

Family holiday
The apartment was lovely and had all that we could need for a holiday. The pool was clean and had a life guard buy didn't open until 12. The only downside was the apartment only had a few restaurants close enough to walk to with kids in the evening. A car is essential. Enjoyed a trip to Bahia water park and looking round Estepona and Casares.

Great location. Lovely pool and gardens. Easy walk to beach where there are beach bars serving good food. Only a short walk to the port of Duquesa.

We have owned this property since 2005 and it was purchased for our own use as we love the area so much. We manage to get out to the apartment 2 or 3 times a year but apart from that the apartment is unused which is why we decided to let during available weeks. We have recently replaced the bedroom beds and there is a new sofa bed in the lounge.
