Two apartments in the grounds of a villa just below Frigiliana, a white village in southern Spain. Five minutes from Nerja, a traditional Spanish seaside resort. Superb views of both the mountains and the sea from the garden, terraces and pool area.

A two bedroom apartment below the swimming pool terrace sleeps 4 and a studio apartment below the main house which sleeps 2. A large landscaped garden with lawns, an orchard, a large swimming pool (18x5m) and private off-road parking for a number of cars. Both apartments are let together and the main house is not used during lettings so you have the place to yourselves.

The studio apartment has a sofabed, a kitchen corner with a sink, microwave, hob and fridge. It has a shower, WC, a dining table for two and air conditioning. It is situated below the main house and opens on the lawn above the swimming pool. Next to it there is a shady area with an outside table and chairs for al fresco dining.

The two bedroom apartment has a coffee table, two sofas, a dining table and 6 chairs, a separate fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, hob, oven and fridge/freezer. In the bathroom there is a bath, separate shower and WC. One bedroom has a double bed and direct access to the bathroom, the other twin beds. Both have air conditioning.

Both apartments have a DVD player and TV with access over satellite dishes to a wide variety of channels including some free UK ones.

In the swimming pool area there is a BBQ and changing rooms with inside and outside showers, a WC, a fridge, a sink, washing machine and crockery/cutlery for use around the pool. There is an outside dining table and chairs for 6 people and loungers for use around the pool.

Peaceful. Fabulous sea view. Large Pool

A fantastic location with a beautiful pool, and a stunning view down to the sea and up to Frigiliana and a lovely villa with good amenities. The satelite TV was great and a week's WIFI was easily purchased for a reasonable extra charge of €20. A welcome/starter pack of essentials would have been nice in order to avoid a trip to the supermarket on arrival day. This property is ideal in our opinion for a family of 4 staying in the main villa, plus the grandparents staying in the studio apartment. A most enjoyable stay and we intend to make a return visit next year.

Beautiful setting & well maintained

Lovely apartments in a beautiful setting. The pool & grounds are amazing, as are the views. Being higher up, the gentle breeze is a bonus in the heat! We had an incident while away & Antonio, the property manager, helped deal with it swiftly, calmly & professionally.

One suggestion would be to equip the pool room with a hob, oven, kettle, etc so it is a full kitchen as this is where you congregate to eat; especially when using both apartments.

Frigliania is a lovely white village with plenty of restaurants for all budgets. Nerja has a nice feel about it in the town with great water sports and traditional paella at Burriana beach.

Fabulous views, massive pool & great accomodation

We had a wonderful stay and really loved the pool in particular. The accomodation was clean and up to date, the grounds well kept and the gas bbq a real joy.

Antonio was a great source of information.

The one piece of feedback we would give is that a better quality of plastic plates would make eating by the pool a nicer experience, especially for the kids.

All in all a lovely two weeks.

On holiday in Frigiliana we were so taken with the area that we looked for a property and were lucky to find this huge property with a great garden and fantastic views. For us the large pool was a major factor in taking this particular property. It also has a lot of garden that has allowed us to develop and plant a lot of fruit trees.

The Nerja caves are famous and well worth visiting. There is a good dive shop on Burriana beach.

The apartments will be cleaned and the linen changed every two weeks. The pool can be warmed a little between May and October at a charge of £ 20 per day. This will raise the temperature a few degrees (ask Antonio or Simon who cleans the pool).
Receive 10% discount on the advertised rate if you book within 2 weeks of the holiday start date (minimum 7 nights).
Receive 20% discount on bookings of 4 consecutive weeks or more (excluding the high season).
Outside the high season the two bedroom apartment can be rented separately. In the low and off seasons the studio apartment can be rented separately. Ask for rates.
