About this property

Located 2 hours from Paris and 800m from the village of Theillay, this family house of 240m2 recently renovated is in the center of a large semi-wooded garden of 12 000 m2 and offers all the comforts for a relaxing stay with family or friends.

The house serves as a second home, and we are delighted to share it with families and groups of close friends. It is large enough for 10 people, but can sleep up to 12.

The house includes below:
- 1 large living room of 40 m2 with fireplace (logs and pine cones are available in the shelter)
- 1 large shower room
- 1 large kitchen / dining room of about 50 m2 with a central island and a wood stove.
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
- 1 bedroom with a single bed
At the top you will find:
- 4 bedrooms each with a double bed (2 of 140 cm and 2 of 160 cm).
- 1 shower room

Beds with mattresses and pillows are prepared for your arrival. Bath towels, bath mats, tea towels are at your disposal.

Super séjour

Le séjour de notre groupe d'amis s'est très bien passé ! Très bon plan pour passer quelques jours ensemble entre nous avec tout le confort et le moyen de cuisiner tout ce que l'on veut, en plus des barbecues. L'accueil est bien organisé, très bon contact avec les propriétaires et la maison propose en effet tout ce qui est annoncé. Parfait si vous recherchez la même chose que nous.
