This development is situated in Jamestown Park, Holetown, in the heart of Barbados' west coast. The apartments are only a 4 minute walk to Settlers beach; also within walking distance is the very upscale shopping complex Lime Grove, where you can find the finest high end retailers, as well as restaurants, bars, cafes and a cinema. The apartments have been built with the emphasis on outdoor living, with open-plan spaces and full-width sliding doors leading onto large private patios, in addition to a shared swimming pool on site.

The apartments come equipped with all the amenities you could ask for. The bedrooms have air conditioning, additional ceiling fans and a wardrobe. The American style kitchen and living spaces, also suited with ceiling fans, means you'll have a comfortable space to enjoy TV and WiFi. Best of all is the private outdoor space: the large patio comes with a dining table and four chairs, as well as lounge chairs and a drinks table for your pleasure. We look forward to your stay!

This is a duplex style apartment, kitchen/lounge on the ground floor with the bedrooms on the upper floor. The bedrooms , both with aircon, each has its own en-suite bathroom with modern vessel bowls and each one opens completely onto a romantic private upper-level balcony with comfortable seating. The lower level of the apt boasts a large, open concept living space and American style kitchen that also opens completely to a private level lower terrace. There is a flat screen TV, Full English TV with Sports and Films, internet, local telephone, air-con, private parking, a communal pool, and all the furnishings necessary for an extremely comfortable stay. Strictly no smoking inside or outside, there is an allocated smoking table beside the pool.

We live in Cornwall in the UK, my husband is a mining engineer and I run a successful rental business, mainly in Spain, but now branching out to Barbados. We have 2 daughters, one is a nurse and the other is an OT working in Oxford, so now they are sorted hopefully will be able to spend some more time in our lovely apartment!

Diese zweigeschossige Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten Wohngegend in Holetown. Bis zum Strand, oder zum Stadtzentrum benötigt man nur 10 Minuten. Das Wohnhaus ist äußerst gepflegt, modern und sauber. Die Wohnung ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet und es mangelt an nichts, um einen Traumurlaub zu verbringen. Schön verweilen kann man auf der großen Terrasse im Unter- oder Obergeschoß. Zum Außengelände gehört ein kleiner Pool. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Absolutely lovely

My wife and have just returned from 2 very enjoyable weeks holiday at Ixora. The apartment really is a gem. On two floors, it is contemporary in design and not only beautifully furnished inside but also to the upper and lower large patio areas. We chose to dine in local restaurants but for those looking for a self catering holiday it contains every amenity. My only criticism being English is I think Joan should have forewarned us to take electrical adapters.

For those who do not to hire a hire car the apartment centrally located and only a short 7/8 mins. walk to shops/restaurants in Holetown and the nearest beaches.

In essence, this is an absolutely lovely, highly recommended apartment

Amazing Stay & property, Fantastic Manager $ Owner

This is a stunning property, located in the perfect location if you want to explore Holetown and the amazing beached and amenities, all within walking distance. Anything else you want to explore is very easily accessible from the condo. Again, the beaches, restaurants and amenities nearby are great and other attractions- Mullins Beach, Speightstown were a couple of faves, are minutes away by bus or car. We would also recommend the Steel Drum band at Surfside bar/Restaurant, just a short walk from the condo.

Joan saved our vacation which had been impacted by another issue, offering quick, patient and informative assistance. The house manager, Agnes and her team were flawless, friendly and offered a perfect welcome and orientation for the stay.

The property itself was pristine, super-modern yet comfortable, with all the comforts of home plus much, much more. The outside deck areas were so restful and real highlight of the condo; the pool was also fantastic.

This is 5 star for so many reasons- the property itself, the perfect location and the owner/management team- you will have the stay of a lifetime in paradise! Thank you!

Fabulous apartment

Just returned from a fantastic holiday at the Ixora complex . The apartment was very modern and immaculately clean. It had everything you needed to make it home from home. A small pool in the complex that my children really enjoyed.

It is walking distance to lots of shops , bars and the beach.

We also had a few nights in 2 we'll know hotels on our trip. We would choose the Ixora apartment over any of them.

It was just fabulous.

Excellent Stay

We stayed at this apartment for 10 days and it was perfect.

We were met as organised by Agnes the lady who looks after the property having telephoned as instructed from the airport on arrival. She showed us around the property explain where things were kept. There was plenty of lines, towels and pool towels. She then ensured we had her contact details if we needed them.

The apartment was exactly as described in the advertisement and the small complex is beautiful. It is so well maintained by the owners, the pool area is clean and well equipped with sun lounges and umbrellas for shade and the gardens surrounding the apartments are well cared for.

The people who were staying there during our stay was so friendly and gave us lots of information about the local area, the best bars and restaurants and places to visit.

We would recommend Tides for lunch and Lime Grove and Surfside for drinks and happy hours.

The service we received from Joan was excellent she answered all our questions promptly and provided all the instructions for our arrival. There is an information folder in the apartment which she has organised which again gave us further information regarding the apartment. The extra charges for the use of electric were well explained but the amount allocated was more than enough so not a worry following the advice to ensure air con etc are not left on.

We would certainly recommend the Ixora apartments and are looking forward to our next visit.

Holiday, Wedding and Honeymoon

We've stayed in Barbados before in other apartments and this particular apartment was outstanding.

It's in a great location of only a 10 minute walk to Holetown and the beach.

The accommodation itself was fantastic with great living/dining facilities and 2 really good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The apartment was clean and cool at all times and Agnes the housekeeper was very sweet and helpful. The apartment also offered 2 outside balcony/patio areas to help us relax and unwind on not only our holiday but also our honeymoon. As we had our wedding out in Barbados we had lots of guests come to the apartment for meals and drinks and would also like to stay within the complex and book the apartment we stayed in. My dad also stayed in an apartment within the complex recommended by Joan and he's looking to book again. Myself and now husband are also looking at booking Barbados for next year and we will be in contact for Ixora Apartments 100% excellent.

Great holiday

This is my fourth visit to this beautiful apartment, a good location, close to the beaches, bars and restaurants. The apartment has everything you need to make a comfortable relaxing holiday. The swimming pool and garden areas are kept immaculate. I would highly recommend to friends and family.
