However, we are always available on the phone if guests have any queries, and are always happy to come to the apartment if guests want to speak to us in person over any matter of concern. We consider our job to be to ensure guests have a wonderful stay in London, so our job does not end when we hand-over the keys – our job only ends when guests have enjoyed their stay and returned to their own homes with wonderful memories of their visit to our fair city.

Parking

London is not very car-friendly and we recommend that guests travel to, and around, London by public transport. Please note that there are parking restrictions in many parts of London and on the streets around the apartment. If you must travel by car then there are private parking places (like personal driveways and garages) available close by the apartment that advertise on parking websites such as JustPark, YourParkingSpace, ParkOnMyDrive, and PocketParking, which can be pre-booked on-line. This is probably the cheapest way to park all day, and parking places may be available quite close to the apartment if you book in advance. You can park on the road outside the apartment, but parking is controlled between 8:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday only (weekdays between 5:30pm and 8:30am, and Saturday and Sunday all day, parking is free). There is also a public car park on Brick Lane, which is about 2.1 miles away.

The East-End of London is a wonderful, vibrant area, and this apartment was perfect for enjoying all that the East-End has to offer, and also for easy travel to all the other areas of London.

The apartment itself was in very poor condition which gave the perfect excuse to strip everything out (including most of the internal walls!) and start again with a blank canvas to create a stunning apartment filled with amazing features to delight our guests

An amazing spot to discover London

For our first trip in London, we have find this flat as it's described.

We were 7 persons (5 adults and 2 childs), so the 4 bedrooms of this flat were adapted to our use.

All rooms (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living-room) are "hi-tech" with led enlighted ceiling ;-)

There is an interesting multimedia installation in the living-room, with PS3 for video games, and Netflix for tv series, very useful to relax after a big day of walk, or for childrens.

The flat is well located for discovering London, with 2 "underground" lines.

We stayed 4 days, and we recommend this property, for the comfortable and convenient flat. Saiful, the owner, is very friendly, and gave use a lot of advises (places to visite, pubs, restaurants, transport, ...). He is very accommodating, and accompanied us before the reservation until we leave the keys.

Great house and tenant

The house was warm, clean and is located close to the city centre.

The tenant is very nice and provided us with shampoo, shower gel, salt, sugar, tea, coffee, milk, and dishwasher soap and tablets and some tourist information making it easier for us.

To highlight, the amazing screen projector, Netflix, the PS3, the music device in the bathroom and the dishwasher.

The beds and the sofa are very comfortable, I highly recommend it.

great spot, central location, friendly host

We arrived early morning and Saiful was kind enough to let us check in early. He was also very friendly and provided lots of useful information about London and getting around. Additionally, prior to our arrival he sent a 'must see' list to help us plan.

The apartment was a perfect fit, spacious and cozy at the same time, great location close to public transportation.

Affordable, fun apartment close to tube stations

A group of us stayed here for a last-minute weekend in London. Everyone had their own space, and we enjoyed the entertainment center before and after our evening outings. We took full advantage of the provided coffee. Saiful was really helpful, offering suggestions of activities and showing us how the entertainment center worked. The proximity to the Stepney Green tube station was also really handy. Overall, we loved this place. From the location to the space, to the mood lighting throughout the apartment, the value is hard to beat.

Nice, clean and spacious property - but a little worn out.

An excellent place to stay for a large family or group of people. 4 separate rooms with a possibility for 2 to sleep close (a couple), or as single room. The sofa bed in the living room is also good for sleeping, although you will feel cramped if there is more than 1, max 2 sleeping there.

The landlord was service minded, but unfortunately not easy to reach. This created some uncertainty prior to the travel. But once contact was established all was very well.

The apartment is not centrally located, and it takes a 5 minute walk to the tube. But as long as you have no issues with a short walk, this is a very good and reasonably priced alternative for anyone going to London.

The apartment was rather clean, and the bed linens were fresh. But you could see from the walls that some fixing would be good. This was especially visible in the roofs, as they had been damaged by a water leakage. This was not really a problem, and the overall quality was higher than many other apartments to let in London, but it still reduces the overall positive impression of the place.

Great apartment made for enjoyable stay

Really nice property and particularly good for a large group of people with 4 double bedrooms and two double sofa beds in the lounge. Excellent location just 20 mins by tube to central London. Free weekend parking outside the house at the weekend was a bonus. The entertainment system was very impressive although we had limited time to use it. The only complaint was no tablets for the dishwasher. Other than that it was ideal for our needs and much preferred to staying In hotel.
