London is not very car-friendly and we recommend that guests travel to, and around, London by public transport. Please note that there are parking restrictions in many parts of London and on the streets around the apartment. If you must travel by car then there are private parking places (like personal driveways and garages) available close by the apartment that advertise on parking websites such as JustPark, YourParkingSpace, ParkOnMyDrive, and PocketParking, which can be pre-booked on-line. This is probably the cheapest way to park all day, and parking places may be available quite close to the apartment if you book in advance. You can park on the road outside the apartment, but parking is controlled between 8:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday only (weekdays between 5:30pm and 8:30am, and Saturday and Sunday all day, parking is free). There is also a public car park on Brick Lane, which is about 2.1 miles away.

The apartment itself was in very poor condition which gave the perfect excuse to strip everything out (including most of the internal walls!) and start again with a blank canvas to create a stunning apartment filled with amazing features to delight our guests

Great apartment made for enjoyable stay

Really nice property and particularly good for a large group of people with 4 double bedrooms and two double sofa beds in the lounge. Excellent location just 20 mins by tube to central London. Free weekend parking outside the house at the weekend was a bonus. The entertainment system was very impressive although we had limited time to use it. The only complaint was no tablets for the dishwasher. Other than that it was ideal for our needs and much preferred to staying In hotel.

Nice, clean and spacious property - but a little worn out.

An excellent place to stay for a large family or group of people. 4 separate rooms with a possibility for 2 to sleep close (a couple), or as single room. The sofa bed in the living room is also good for sleeping, although you will feel cramped if there is more than 1, max 2 sleeping there.

The landlord was service minded, but unfortunately not easy to reach. This created some uncertainty prior to the travel. But once contact was established all was very well.

The apartment is not centrally located, and it takes a 5 minute walk to the tube. But as long as you have no issues with a short walk, this is a very good and reasonably priced alternative for anyone going to London.

The apartment was rather clean, and the bed linens were fresh. But you could see from the walls that some fixing would be good. This was especially visible in the roofs, as they had been damaged by a water leakage. This was not really a problem, and the overall quality was higher than many other apartments to let in London, but it still reduces the overall positive impression of the place.

Regarding the the sofa-beds, when the sofa-beds are unfolded each becomes the size of a full double-bed (140cm x 204cm). I apologise for the water marks on the ceiling (due to a leak from the apartment above). We intend to paint the ceilings soon as soon. Best wishes Saiful

Toronto visits London

The place was very close to the subway system which made it very convenient for travelling into the city. Only a few stops into main attraction areas and most on the one line. Saiful was there right at check in time and was very helpful for sightseeing and travel information. The place has an amazing projection tv system with big screen and surround sound. The area was quite peaceful and offers a good selection of co-op shops and restaurants/ pubs. I highly recommend "Perfect Fried Chicken" which is right across the street from the Stepney Green train station . Probably the best chicken I've had. We were only there for two nights but thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

High tech 4 bedroom gem by the underground!

First trip to London for a celebratory vacation with my family and came across this listing. I read the previous reviews, and was pleased with each one. (Hopefully this review will help 1st time travelers or vacation renters to rest easy).

We were met very PROMPTLY by our host, who proceeded to welcome us and give us helpful suggestions and directions around the area and into London proper.

Very easy 2-line tube ride from our arriving airport of Heathrow. We were steps away from a local market for daily small grocery items and 4 blocks from a larger market for full meals. The tube station closest to us was Stepney Green (District Line) - which was a major line to get to everywhere you wanted in London.

*Our host was very gracious and allowed us to rest and made coffee for us while we chatted. He also allowed us to leave our large suitcases in the foyer, until check-in time (while the unit was cleaned and prepared). We could not have asked for a more spacious or better home base while touring London.


A) Excellent communication from day 1 (and we booked 10 months in advance for our vacation). During the contract signing, we were given very detailed directions to the unit - as well as vital emergency information. Really helpful to have on paper when traveling abroad - so thoughtful! *He also made sure that I had an app on my smartphone, so that it was easy to contact him with questions or concerns.

B) Very economical, especially for 4 adults who liked to have their own little space.

C) Delightful patio area for relaxing and sitting outside. D) Great WiFi!

E) Great entertainment unit and Netflix for chilling!

**Would recommend absolutely for friends and family - and would stay there again.

Saiful was very friendly and helpfull!

The house was amazing and the area was nice and friendly. Neighbors were very helpful also. Trains were only around the corner and easy to find. the local Wetherspoons done some amazing food and was very cheap as well. I hope to visit again and Saiful would be the first person i contact for accommodation. Thanks again for letting us use your house.
