Casa trascurata e decisamente inferiore alle aspettative

la casa si è rivelata molto deludente rispetto all'annuncio e alle fotografie pubblicate. il giardino trascurato, senza erba e fiori e ricoperto di aghi di pino e sacchi di aghi raccolti e rimasti in accumulo, poi portati via dai proprietari dopo la nostra segnalazione; la doccia esterna inutilizzabile come pure il barbecue a causa di attrezzi e griglia sporchi e arrugginiti. i tavoli esterni e relative sedie con resina o traballanti e rotti. internamente vi sono numerosi disagi quali prese della corrente mal funzionanti, maniglie di porte finestre instabili, cucina e madia con forte odore di muffa all'interno; braccio della doccia rotto; stendibiancheria arrugginito e altri piccoli disagi e mancanze. a tutto ciò si aggiunge che la casa dà su una strada comunale di accesso al mare priva di manutenzione, con numerose buche riempite da terriccio che ad ogni passaggio di auto creano nuvole di polvere, rendendo ulteriormente impraticabile il portico antistante. Sconsiglio vivamente la casa.

A due passi dal mare, appartamento tenuto molto bene e molto comodo, mare stupendo.

Molto vicino al mare, mare stupendo con possibilità sia di spiaggia attrezzata che di spiaggia libera. Appartamento molto comodo e tenuto molto bene. La proprietaria veramente una persona squisita e gentile. Assolutamente consigliato!

Très bon logement, bien situé en bord d'une magnifique plage

Logement fonctionnel, très bien équipé, idéal pour une famille. Bien entretenu, grande place en extérieur, La propriétaire fourni de nombreux conseils et un grand merci pour les attentions à notre arrivée. Je recommande vivement ce logement aux familles qui souhaitent profiter de vacances balnéaires.

Calme à proximité de la mer

Petite maison avec beaucoup d'espaces extérieur très agréables. Une douche extérieure pour le retour de la plage, une climatisation bien agréable avec la température de la Sardaigne, la mer et quelques commerces à quelques pas. D'autres très belles plages à découvrir en voiture dans les environs ainsi que la petite ville de Pula. Un très agréable séjour
