About this property

Large Provencal villa in a corner of paradise, 20 minutes from Aix en Provence. You will be welcome in our spacious house, comfortable and quiet on space of 8000m². Terrace which has an arbor sheltered from a wisteria. Large swimming pool (10x4) facing south with a very practical and cozy summer kitchen for grilling (gas barbecue). Big garden which gives the possibility to take advantage of several shaded spaces in shelters of pines or almond trees, on a deck chair or a hammock.
You will appreciate this large holiday home quiet and in the countryside. The comfort of the house and the outdoor area allows you to enjoy serenely Provencal summer. The house has 5 bedrooms: 2 rooms on the ground floor overlooking the south facing terrace and have one bathroom and the other a bathroom. On the floor, 3 other rooms with a common bathroom. The living room, dining room and kitchen communicate with each other on an open space and overlook the south facing terrace.
The proximity of the city of Aix-en-Provence is a plus.

Angenehme drei Ferienwochen

Das Objekt ist ruhig gelegen mit schönem Blick in die Montagne St. Beaume. Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke. Bäcker im Ort. Das Objekt war sehr sauber, die Bäder in gutem Zustand, perfekter Schnitt für zwei Familien. Es ist kein klassisches Ferienhaus, sondern wird vom Vermieter hauptsächlich bewohnt. Ein kleines Problem mit dem Geschirrspüler wurde sehr freundlich und vor allem sehr schnell behoben. (Danke nochmals!) Wir kommen gern wieder.
