Our villa on the exclusive development 'Residencial BelAir' in Calpe is situated on a short drive distance from the town centre. Far enough away for peace and tranquillity, yet close enough to take full advantage of the facilities Calpe has to offer. The development is entered through an remote controlled electric gate offering constant security. There are 15 privately owned semi-detached and terraced villas on this complex, set in a U-Shape around a communal swimming pool 'beach entrance' and Mediterranean garden laid out with grass and palm trees. All villas boast views of the sea and Calpe's Peñon d'Ifach. The villas have hot/cold air-conditioning ducted into every room and the bathrooms are finished to the highest quality with suspended sanitary ware. The kitchens are fully fitted and equipped with white goods and appliances. Fresh, white bathrooms, terracotta floor tiles and neutral colour schemes will appeal to guest of all tastes.

Our Villa in 'Residencial BelAir' is situated within at 2 km distance to the centre of the town, where you will find many shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, recreational and sports facilities. Calpe boats 2 of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca located either side of the famous rock - Peñon d'Ifach. Fishing is a very important way of life for the local residents and the restaurants in the port are famous for their huge array of fresh fish and seafood but with so many restaurants to choose from - almost any cuisine can be found. A 20 minute drive gets you to one of the largest theme parks in Europe 'Terra Mitica' in Benidorm, along with 'Aqualandia' water park, 'Mundomar' animal park and the beautiful waterfalls at Algar. Calpe offers many attractions itself, but is centrally located to offer an appealing past time for everyone.

There are also Golf Clubs in Calpe itself, Javea, Moraira and Altea - all well within a half hours drive from the villa.
