The appealing reception room and the Master bedroom open onto a pretty outside patio. Soft sofas and natural materials offer the opportunity to relax and unwind in the ample reception room. Handmade bookshelves propose a selection of interesting reading. There is a dining table to seat six at one end of the reception room.

A comfortable environment is often associated with an informal decorating style and this lovely flat offers an alluring level of good design. There are two beautiful bathrooms, a concealed utility room and an astonishing amount of storage space.

A wonderful base to explore London, minutes walk from High Street Kensington and all the super shops, restaurants and even a WholeFoods! Try a pint in the delightfully quaint Scarsdale Arms in Edwardes Square.

Holland Park is a wonderful area of 54 green acres, lovely walks, amazing children's adventure playground complete with zipwire, a fantastic Japanese Zen Garden and beautiful Peacocks walking around surveying their realm. In summer there are often Operatic performances in the park.

Lovely greeting with Wynn, easy to contact and quick responses to our needs. Comfy beds, nice kitchen and lots of room for 2 couples. Very quiet and close to Underground and restaurants.

Very comfortable and great location

My family of four stayed in this lovely two bedroom, two bathroom flat a few blocks away from Earls Court station. It was perfect for our family! We have twin 16 year old sons who took advantage of the fact the master bedroom king-size bed unzips into twin beds. The flat is very well maintained and equipped with all the essentials. When we had a slight issue with the hallway lighting, it was taken care of by the property manager immediately. Additionally, I should add the property manager was also quite helpful in assisting us with directions to the flat using the underground from Heathrow airport. Earls Court station has underground service for both the Piccadilly and District lines which makes getting around London to see tourist attractions very easy. We also thoroughly enjoyed several of the restaurants located on Earls Court Road, Masala Zone (Indian), Franco Manca (pizza) to name a few. I would book this flat again in a heartbeat if my family and I are fortunate enough to return to London.

Could be charming flat

The "bones" are good but there is a backlog of necessary maintenance and housekeeping issues. Patio not cleaned, missing light bulb in second bedroom, loose threshold at entrance door to second bedroom. Doors need to be readjusted so that can open/close properly and not need a wedge, which were not functioning. Greeter was not particularly helpful. There was a bad water leak (allegedly from the roof above) which needed a bucket to catch the water. Also there was a moldy smell in the master bedroom and the entrance hall. The heated towel racks in both bathrooms were not functioning. The legs of at least two dining room chairs had loose legs and need to be glued (a falling hazard). With a good cleaning, a fresh coat of paint and some maintainance the flat would be ""brand new" as the Welcome Document" stated. The location was quite good and near to underground station.

Nice property with privacy.

This property is really nice, and the property management is quite on top of things. This property is worthy of a 5-Star rating if we had been able to use the outside courtyard. We would definitely come back to this property.
