A luxury, modern 5 bedroom (all en suite) property situated over 3 floors. This large, light & fresh property benefits from a 7m x 10m gym, ping pong table, surround sound movie room, WIFI, Sonos, 3 balconies, 1 terrace, fully equipped BBQ, indoor heated swimming pool with swim jet & a hot tub.

This gated property, with security system & entrance phone, can accommodate 4 cars & is centrally positioned within the famous Sandbanks peninsula. It has been recently refurbished, offering a high level of luxury & comfort. This is an ideal property for families & CAN BE equipped with stair gates, children's library, toys, ride ons, high chairs & 2 cots WITHOUT extra cost. There are plenty of puzzles & games for children & adults to keep you amused. Combine this with the pool & secluded garden, it makes this property an all weather winner!

The Garden Level has a large, discrete, double en suite bedroom, 'Silver Sands', with direct garden access via French doors & steps. Ideal for guests requiring privacy away from the remaining party. Silver Sands is next to the utility room which contains a fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board. The room is perfect for a couple with a young baby, a nanny or elderly relatives looking for a tranquil retreat.

This level is also home to the 7m x 10m gym & ping pong table & makes a perfect play room for children on a rainy day. There is access to the pool which is securely locked.

The 1st floor, open plan living, creates a large space to entertain or relax in; the lounge leads onto the dining room complete with 14 seat dining table & then into the large kitchen, giving you an immense feeling of space. With 3 flat screen TVs, you can watch TV in the modern lounge, listen to the news & drink coffee by the kitchen island or immerse yourself in the comfy sofas & surround sound of the secluded, luxurious movie room, for a deafening & awesome experience.

The large modern, white, fully equipped kitchen is ideal for entertaining. It has a large glass topped island with 4 bar seats, wine chiller, coffee machine & LED mood lighting to create evening atmosphere. All 4 rooms on this floor have a balcony or terrace, always giving you that opportunity for secluded peaceful moment.

In the dining room, locked double doors lead out onto the conservatory balcony, which is home to the heated swimming pool & hot tub. An ideal spectators gallery. The conservatory has blue LED mood lighting & pool lights to create an atmospheric setting for night time swims.

The conservatory leads out into the rear garden, where you find an immaculate lawn & patio area, which is equipped with an instant gas BBQ, outdoor furniture & a shed which houses extra garden essentials.

The entrance hall is light & spacious, with glass & chrome balustrade leading to both floors & the cloakroom.

The 2nd floor has 4 large bedrooms. 3 bedrooms are en suite & immediately next door to 'Point Break' is the master bathroom. At the owners discretion extra single beds could be placed in the gym at an additional cost.

The property is in walking distance to the award winning Sandbanks beaches & a short walk away from Swanage chain Ferry. The Royal Motor Yacht Club, Cafe Shore Restaurant, Shell Bay Restaurant, the Boatyard Cafe & The Haven Hotel, to name but a few are all in walking distance. Our location guide will help you with recommended restaurants & activities within the immediate area & surrounding area.

There are great events right on your doorstep; weekly fireworks, Sandbanks Polo, Bournemouth Air Festival, Camp Bestival by Lulworth Castle, Southampton Boat Show & a lot more!

We can provide additional services for you including boat charter, informal dining, catering for an event or even help with organising your event. With advance notice, pamper days, private photography classes, massage, yoga or pilates instructors could be organised.

On arrival, we will familiarise you with the property, the location guide & answer any questions you may have. We will provide you with our hamper, just to get your holiday off to a perfect start.

All double bedrooms are equipped with hairdryers. There is a door in the bedroom hallway which can help with more privacy if needed. Hook Sands & Spinnaker are separated from Brownsea & Point Break with the door shut. The stair case is chrome & glass. A stair gate can be fitted. Silver Sands is located 2 floors below the other bedrooms. This secluded bedroom is next to the utility room which has a fridge, freezer, kettle, microwave, sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board. This room would be ideal for a couple with a baby, a nanny or elderly relatives looking for a tranquil retreat away from the main guests. Bespoke beautiful curtains & voiles have just been made for this room.

If requested, we can arrange for our Housekeeper to visit the property in the morning, prepare a continental breakfast for you & can deliver any pastries or news papers you have requested from the Breakfast Order Form(additional cost). Whilst you are enjoying the delights of breakfast, the housekeeper can then freshen the property & remove any bins. Please contact me for more information on this service. We want to make your stay as comfortable, special & unique as we can. As long as we have advanced notice we can arrange most things for you, from yoga classes, massage & beauty to private photography lessons. We have fantastic local caterers just a mile away who can cook on site, deliver cooked meals to you or can provide you with event catering. There are 3 Marinas in the immediate area with The Royal Motor Yacht Club being a minutes walk away. We can organise motor boat or fishing boat charters. We booked this for half term week amazing house never wanted to leave so booked an extra weekend everyone so helpful owners and housekeeper did everything to help our stay enjoyable.It was just like a palace anyone thinking of booking this do not hesitate to book it amazing and will definetly return

Totally Brilliant New Year Break !

We spent a week here over the New Year period, with some friends dropping in for some of the duration. The house is perfectly laid-out, well proportioned bedrooms, great bathrooms,fantastic technology throughout music and TV. The pool was perfect, on rainy days the children were so happy to swim and play for most of the day. Everything we could have needed was at our finger tips and would not hesitate to return at any time.

Brilliant weekend!

Had a great family weekend stay ! The property lived up to our expectations and the owner very kindly left toys and books for our grandchildren to play with. We have had this annual event at different places for the past 4 years and all of our children said this was their favourite venue!!! Would go back again!

My family and I had a lovely time while we stayed a the house for a week. The house is beautiful, very clean and modern. The house is very spacious and very well laid out. The basement space was perfect for our private yoga sessions and massages. And with the heated indoor pool, hot tub, movie room, and fully equipped kitchen and stunning dining room, you can really spend the whole vacation just staying in the house!

The location of the house is very ideal. It is situated on a quiet street, only short walking distance to the beach and very short drive to the ferry to Swanage for a pleasant day trip. Also several restaurants/cafes nearby within walking distance was helpful.

The owner was very pleasant and accommodating to our needs since we had a young baby with us. Our entire stay as a pleasure and we are looking forward to returning soon!

Beautiful, stylish, luxury, modern, just perfect

This house is just wonderful, better than could be described in any explanation, it is so much more than you read in the description! The attention to detail is magnificent and layout and finishings perfect. My friends and I had the best weekend and were greeted with the most beautiful welcome hamper, the house is equipped with all state of the art technology and the home owner could not have been more helpful and understanding to all of our wishes and needs! The house is beautiful and spacious, beds comfortable and the pool and jacuzzi brilliant! Perfect house in a perfect location. We could not have been happier and we will be returning :)

WOW house

The house was everything we hoped for and more. The owner was very accommodating and made a real effort to ensure we enjoyed the stay. The house was a surprise for our sister and it was great to watch her reaction as she walked in. The kitchen and dining room are stunning, with a lovely long table for a dinner party. The pool and Jacuzzi were a perfect size, looking great when they were lit up at night. The technology in the house is impressive – we used their Sonos system with excellent speakers, and we had great fun choosing from the DVD collection to watch a movie in the surround sound living room.

We were lucky to have great weather so the location was perfect for a visit to the beach. Even though we didn’t want to leave the house! All in all, I’d highly recommend this property for a special weekend away. Enjoy!

On Your Doorstep

The property is situated in the heart of Sandbanks Peninsula, essentially surrounded by golden beaches and beautiful homes, from quaint beach bungalows, to waterfront mansions & the latest modern glass fronted houses. You are also surrounded by a hive of activity & beauty. The property is just minutes walk away from the award winning blue flag Sandbanks beaches. There are beautiful bays protected by the groins & sand dunes just down by the Haven Hotel (our personal favourite) or walk a few yards further to Sandbanks beach front, where there are a choice of restaurants, WC facilities & BBQ area. There is also a children's park & Sandbanks Crazy Golf.

If you want a more tranquil beach experience, the Swanage chain ferry is also a short walk away next to the Haven Hotel, which leads you directly to Shell Bay, Shell Bay Fish Restaurant & Studland Beach Nature Reserve, set in 4 miles of unspoiled soft sands & wild sand dunes. A wonderful place to watch the boats go by & the sun go down or even horse ride along the sands. Take your car & you can enjoy the beautiful beaches towards Old Harry Rocks, Purbeck Hills or go to Swanage beach, a perfect sheltered spot for scuba diving & sailing.

The Brownsea Yellow Ferries can also be found close to the Haven Hotel, which take you across to the wild island of Brownsea, a National Trust Nature Reserve, teaming with bird life & home to the very rare red squirrels. You are free to explore the island & its many paths down to its secluded beaches. Other ferries from here can also give you tours of the Jurassic coast line or hop on for a simple transit to Bournemouth Pier to experience Rock Reef & the piers 'ocean zip wire'.

Close location to the property, you can hire bikes & a variety of water sports equipment; including sailing dingy's, windsurfing, kayaking, paddle boarding or kite surfing & lessons are available. Surfers may wish to travel further to Bournemouth, Boscombe Surf Reef or westbound to the stunning Kimmeridge Bay, famous for its fossils & wild, natural beauty. Kimmeridge is part of the breath taking Jurassic Coast Line. Be sure to include Durdle Door & Lulworth Cove in your visits. Known for its fossil forest & stunning scenery, you can walk along the coast line for miles. You may even pick up a fossil or 2!

Short Drive Away

Poole & Bournemouth have a range of fantastic activities which are also included in the Location Guide. A short drive away is busy Tower Park with its cinemas, Lemur Landing (soft play), Splashdown, Bowlplex & eateries. Also in driving distance is an indoor skate park, ice rink, soft play centres, indoor rock climbing, dry slope skiing or ringos, driving ranges & numerous golf courses.

Slightly further a field you have Farmer Palmers, Adventure Wonderland, Paultons Park, The Tank Museum, Monkey World. Bournemouth has theatres, cinemas, Bournemouth Aquarium, Rock Reef & Russell-Cotes Art Gallery & Museum. There is just so much to see & do.

For a more natural experience, such as walking & bike riding, visit Hengistbury Head, Upton House, The Purbeck Hills, the New Forest or Moors Valley. Moors Valley Country Park is less than half an hour away, with miles of woodland parks for walking or cycling, with wooden play structures ideal for children to climb & explore. They have a small steam train & mini station which will take you around the park. You can also 'Go Ape' where you climb through the trees & use zip wires! Exhilarating fun for the whole family. If you are feeling in an active mood, New Forest Water Park is just down the road from Moors Valley where you can enjoy the cable wake board park & have lessons to get you started or tips on how to perfect those tricks!
