Croyde Holidays Letting agency is proud to present Mill Farm, Ref CH2034 - Located in the heart of Croyde this beautiful traditional cob farmhouse was built in 1675 and has been decorated and restored to the highest standard, sleeping 9 and providing modern luxuries including; Sauna, Trampoline and outside hot shower!

Decorated and restored to the highest standard, This holiday home offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two sitting rooms with open fires, a kitchen fully equipped to cater for big numbers and a large dining room at its heart. This property is perfect for active outdoor holidays; There is a hot shower outside for washing down sandy surfers; a large sauna to revive wet walkers and goose-bumpy golfers, as well as a trampoline.

Mill Farm benefits from a large entrance porch to the rear with tiled flooring, wooden bench seating either side and hanging space for your coats.

Enter into the snug with an LCD Freeview TV/DVD player for entertainment, driftwood coffee table, 2 seater striped sofa and 2 chairs. Decorated in neutral tones, a cream stone floor and exposed original brickwork this room provides a cosy traditional elegance for those quiet reflective moments.

Downstairs wet room features 2 chrome wall mounted rain showers with a pebble effect flooring, adjacent to this is a large hot rock sauna cubicle for that added luxury!

The kitchen creates a traditional farmhouse style with a modern twist with a black work surface and painted cupboards of contrasting aqua and cream. This room has ample of space to create a culinary feast fit for a king and the appliances to match; dishwasher, halogen hob, electric oven, microwave, washer drier, under counter fridge and a free-standing fridge freezer. Nestled against the white exposed brickwork is a small wooden dining table for 4 and matching dresser.

The dinning room has a large oval wooden table with matching chairs, a large antique dresser, wooden blanket box, 2 seater sofa and exposed brick inglenook fireplace dressed with fairy lights for added dining sophistication.

Main lounge provides plenty of space for the whole family with 3 beautifully upholstered settees - gather round the roaring fireplace on those winters nights, enjoy the selection of board games or spend time with loved ones this room oozes 'farmhouse charm' with the traditional beamed ceiling, large fireplace, piano and traditional period furniture.

Downstairs white bathroom includes a wc, washbasin and wall mounted mirror.

Stairs with beach rope banister leading to 1st floor that divides to the right and left.


The master bedroom is a statement of sophisticated living style with decorative creams and red tones throughout, This generous room features a double bed, bedside tables with reading lamps, built in wardrobes, red two seater sofa, wooden chest of drawers, dressing table and an assortment of reading books nestled within the brickwork.

Bedroom two is arranged as a set of bunk beds with a single trundle bed beneath, aqua painted chest of drawers, lamp and quaint wall hanging accessories with views overlooking the rear terrace.

Family bathroom features a traditional red coloured roll top bath with mixer attachment, wc, white washbasin, decorative buoys and a bold green patterned wall paper.

Bedroom three has a double bed with white decorative wall lights, bedside table with reading lamp, built in wardrobe and reading chair.

Reflective reading zone is located on the stairwell with a selection of books and cosy chair.

Bedroom four is arranged as a twin bedroom with a bedside table and reading lamp and single built in wardrobe.

In addition a washing line, BBQ,basketball net and outside hot shower (Perfect for hosing down after a day at the beach!)

lovely cottage!

Spent a long weekend here as a family surprise for my husbands birthday. The cottage is sumptuous, so big and the sauna a real treat after a blustery day out. We would all love to go again but for longer! Definitely recommend.
