This is a prestigious and sought after development where you can simply step out of the garden directly on to the sandy beach and into the soothing waters of the Mediterranean sea.

Located in a wonderfully unique, natural setting, enjoying an exceptional climate, this apartment offers every possible comfort for your stay. We offer the highest quality in a peaceful development, within private tropical gardens, yet only a few minutes walk from the opulent social life of Marina Puerto Banus in Marbella.

Our tropical gardens have 2 swimming pools. This very safe and secure development is located directly on the beach with a security gate opening onto the Blue Flag sandy beach, into the inviting Mediterranean sea and the lavish Ocean Club with its fabulous huge seawater swimming pool. Also this security gate leads into the famous PUERTO BANUS MARINA which is a two minute walk either along the sandy beach or by using the boardwalk.

The gardens and apartment are wheelchair and push-chair friendly. The boardwalk is accessible from our garden gate which makes the beach and Marina Puerto Banus so easy to navigate.

We have a 24/7 hours key collection service facilitating your arrival and departure times making them totally flexible and at your convenience. In the adjacent building you will find the most luxurious exclusive health and beauty SPA with its own indoor heated swimming pool, well equipped gym, exercise classes, sauna, steam room and Turkish hammam as well as conventional massage treatments. (Reasonable entrance fee payable directly to the club).

In the same adjacent building where you collect the keys, there is a 24/7 supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and cafes.

Notre séjour dans l'appartement d'Angela et Niall Marar a réellement été parfait. Tout s'est très bien passé.

Les échanges avec Angela avant et pendant notre séjour ont toujours été rapides (nous avons toujours eu une réponse à nos mails dans la journée, voir même dans l'heure), et très sympas. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié de recevoir des mails, avant notre séjour, avec des propositions de sorties, d'excursions et d'activités de façon à préparer notre voyage dans cette région que nous ne connaissions pas.

L'appartement en lui-même est tel que décrit et tel que le montrent les photos : grand, lumineux, et les matériaux et fournitures sont de bonne qualité. Ça a été un bonheur que de prendre mon petit déjeuner tous les matins sur la terrasse, face aux magnifiques jardins de la propriété, avec la mer en fond...

De plus, la résidence est vraiment proche de tout à Puerto Banus, et on peut très facilement aller à la plage (à la sortie de la résidence), faire ses courses (2 supermarchés à 5 min et 10 min à pieds), aller manger ou boire dans un des très nombreux bar et restaurant de cette station.

Si vous êtes venus en voiture, la place de parking privée et en sous-sol est un très grand plus car les endroits ou se garer ne sont pas faciles à trouver...

Enfin, la caution a été rendue très rapidement après notre séjour, ce qui est aussi un plus indéniable.

Bref, un magnifique séjour, un magnifique appartement dans une très belle résidence.

Je recommande donc très chaudement ces hôtes et leur appartement !!

TRANSLATION from French: Our stay in the apartment of Angela and Niall Marar was actually perfect. Everything went very well. Trade with Angela before and during our stay were always quick (we always had an answer to our emails in the day, or even within an hour), and very friendly. We particularly enjoyed receiving emails before our stay, with proposals outings, excursions and activities in order to prepare our trip to this area that we did not know. The apartment itself is as described and as the pictures show: large, bright, and materials and supplies are good quality. It was a joy to have my breakfast every morning on the terrace overlooking the beautiful gardens of the property, with the bottom at sea ... In addition, the residence is really close to everything in Puerto Banus, and can very easily go to the beach (at the exit of the residence), shopping (2 supermarkets within 5 min and 10 min walk), eat or drink in one of the many bar and restaurant of this resort. If you came by car, private parking and basement is a huge plus because the places where parking is not easy to find ... Finally, the deposit was made very quickly after our stay, which is also a plus. In short, a beautiful living room, a beautiful apartment in a beautiful residence. I would thoroughly recommend these hosts and their apartment !! Excellent Location!

My main comment is that the location of the apartment is perfect and I would certainly recommend it. Walking distance from EVERYTHING you could possibly want. Sea view is probably pushing it a bit, but a short walk and you are at the beach. port, shops or restaurants.

The apartment itself was furnished in a modern, simple yet comfortable style. Beds were very comfy which is always a bonus when you're away! My only negative is that the walls are quite thin and we got quite a lot of noise from other people in the building which did disturb us at night (hence the 4 star not 5). We could also have done with extra toilet rolls supplied.

The apartment was clean and certainly well maintained. It was also nice to get a good selection of English channels on the TV. WiFi was available at an additional cost. This was a decent enough speed for us to catch up on work emails etc.

For those for you with older kids (8+), the inflatable water play area is a great place to let them use up excess energy at 24 euros for the day or 10 euros for an hour. I'd recommend reserving a couple of sun beds if you want front row beds at 10 euros each per day on the beach, but make sure you speak to the right person who will write your name down!! We also slipped him a bit extra so we kept the same beds all week and him sweet ;0)

The on site swimming pools are satisfactory. The one nearest the beach end of the site is full of children and the one nearest the apartment doesn't seem to be used very much at all and is ideal to jump into for a quick cool off.

Angela and Nael have been very prompt in replying to any questions or queries and were even kind enough to allow me to change my arrival day from the Saturday to the Friday (This was about 6 months prior to my holiday not last minute).

We will certainly be considering using the apartment again.

Owner's Response: We are delighted to see our guests thoroughly enjoyed their holiday while staying in one of our 5 apartments and that they would consider staying again in the future. They were great guests and most certainly welcome for a return visit. This apartment DOES have a SEA VIEW and we have never ever received such a comment which makes us wonder if our guest got confused when making their reservation. Maybe our more expensive apartment being the Penthouse in the same building, which has PANORAMIC sea views was on their mind? All of our apartments are actually furnished to a high and luxurious standard. Our Wi-Fi speed is VERY fast, up to 80 Mb (faster than most) with an unlimited download which is why the family used their devices all at once without incident or slow down. We were happy to make the date change without any extra charge as we will always try to accommodate our guests needs where ever possible. Noise is a subjective topic... Firstly, we have never received a negative comment about general day to day normal levels of movement around the building. As we are a self catering business, we do not supply an infinite amount of toilet paper but do supply more than sufficient to help our guests' arrival day to be more about relaxation than shopping for more than is necessary.

Truly on the Beach and our second visit

This is our second stay in this beautiful Andalusian style apartment,well located with excelent shops,Cafes and restaurants.this luxury two bedrooms,air conditioned apartment has all the homely comforts including all UK TV Programmes.

Also the Apartment has beautiful scenery from the well-positioned balconies,enjoying the sea view and the Andalusian Gardens.

Our November trip was quite warm with lovely sunshine all day and most likely will do this trip again in next November.

For us ,no doubt, Puerto Banus is the most beautiful place to be in and the Andalusia Del Mar is truly 5 star Apartments.

An end of season vacation that didn't disappoint

The location is perfect, with the beach a 5 minute walk away and the beautiful Marina, an easy 10 minute walk. The marina with its super yachts, high end shops and lots of eateries and bars was a great place to sit and have a drink whilst people watching!

The apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped and with English channels it was a great place to relax of an evening once the sun had set (especially with a teenager) and a real home from home. We have not visited this area previously and whilst a car isn't a necessity, we did hire one and ventured up into the hills and out to Gibraltar, a mere 50 minute drive away and well worth a visit.

We really enjoyed our stay and as we run a motorcycle hire business on the Isle of Man http://www.motorcycleadventures.im/ we are restricted to the times of years we can take a break. We were not disappointed with apt 116 and Pueorto Banus and thanks to Angela and Nael we had a wonderful time.

Wonderful apartment, place and experience!

Whether you are up for beach, shopping, street markets, nightlife, golf or Spanish wine on the balcony, when staying at this apartment in Puerto Banus you can have it all!

Just one step from the beach and the Marina a 5 minutes' walk, you can find fabulous shopping opportunities at world renowned designer boutiques, stylish restaurants, trendy beach clubs, bars, night clubs and yet, we could recharge our batteries having a nice sleep behind the blinds in a quiet, cool and relaxing apartment.

Dealing with the hosts was smooth and hassle free and took just 3 emails. Their 4th email was to return our breakages deposit back on the morning we left! Details and photos of the apartment and complex were exactly as promised with no surprises. Another plus is that you really do not need to have a car.

A great holiday experience and would definitely recommend this apartment
