Charming, typical Burgundian house of 100 m2 with its French ceiling, these Burgundy slabs and its lime wall. You will find there a kitchen equipped with fridge / freezer, gas hob, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensil for 6 people. This house has 1 bedroom with a double bed and an extra bed on the ground floor for adults or children. The other bedroom is upstairs with a double bed.
The dining room has a table for 6 people. The living room with a TV, a 5-person sofa is upstairs.
The bathroom on the ground floor has a toilet, a cabin shower and a sink.
The house has a terrace and a pretty plot of 1000 m2 enclosed out of sight, all in a small, very quiet village. At the Porte du Morvan, with many visits to be made within 50 km (Morvan regional park, Bourbilly castle, Saulieu "Bernard Loiseau", La Pierre qui vire, Flavigny sur Ozerain, Semur en Auxois medieval town) and many activities (lake of St Agnan, water games, acrobranche park, cinema, golf, equestrian center, swimming pool, etc.)
Beyond 50 km you can visit Dijon the city of the Dukes of Burgundy, Beaune the city of wines, Vezelay and the Abbey of Fontenay which are part of the French heritage.
You will find 7 km from the house, a super market, a bakery, a cafe, a petrol pump, organic grocery, a pharmacy, etc.
