This remodeled 1 Bedroom Penthouse Suite located within the Sandpearl Resort & Spa on Clearwater Beach was completely redone in May 2020! This suite is located on the top floor of the resort and features a brand new well appointed living room with a nice full sized sitting area, with a 7' black leather couch, two royal blue club chairs, and a queen bed. The living room has its own private balcony for the kids/guests to capture the most exquisite city and harbor views. The master bedroom retreat offers privacy and has a California king bed that attaches to the bathroom, which includes his & her vanities, large shower, and a Jacuzzi tub. The suite also has an full sized in-room washer/dryer, new full gourmet kitchen w/ quartz countertops and bar. This top floor suite faces East and has a spectacular view of Mandalay Bay.

Fabulous penthouse suite!

We had stayed at the Sand. Pearl Resort and had booked directly through the hotel however this time we thought we would book through HomeAway and we’re very glad we did. The booking process was easy with great communication from the owner including full details of the suite, resort and the area including restaurant recommendations. The suite itself was beautiful with a view if the marina and gulf. So although not beachfront the view from both rooms and balconies was still amazing. The suite simply had everything you need including a washer/drier and all the toiletries for the week. We had an amazing stay, so relaxing after a busy week in Orlando and the resort itself us beautiful and you can enjoy all the amenities. The pool bar and staff was great and the restaurant Caretta on the beach was fantastic. We would highly recommend this lovely suite and resort.
