Charming 2 room apartment completely renovated in a secure luxury residence. Ideally located in the historic center of Troyes, 100m from St Pierre St Paul's Cathedral, a few steps from the theaters of Troyes and 10min drive from Mac Arthur Glen & Marques Avenue factory outlets.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) facing St Nizier church.
The apartment consists of an entrance with a wardrobe, a large living room with a sitting area (sofa bed for 2nd sleeping), TV, a dining table for 4 people and a kitchen (fridge, oven , hood, induction hob, microwave oven, Senseo coffee maker, kettle and all necessary crockery and cooking utensils). The room is equipped with a double bed (new bedding) and a wardrobe.

Très bel appartement lumineux et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Très bien placé et calme

Nous remercions Gwenaelle pour sa gentillesse et ses explications sur la ville de Troyes qui nous ont été précieuses. L'appartement est très agréable et bien conçu. Malgré que l'appartement soit placé en centre ville, il y règne un calme. Nous avons pu découvrir la ville de Troyes à pied, ce qui n'est pas négligeable et très agréable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la ville de Troyes qui reste typique avec ses habitations en colombage.
