About this property

Rent detached house of 45m² on the ground floor with garden ideal for a couple with 2 children.
Located between SOULAC SUR MER and LE VERDON SUR MER 3km from the beaches and 1km from the commercial town center of VERDON SUR MER, all in a secure residence with swimming pool and parking.
This house includes a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a fridge / freezer, television etc ... as well as all the necessary kitchen for 6 people.
The 1st bedroom consists of a large 160cm bed with a dressing room and in the 2nd bedroom 2 90cm bunk beds. A sofa bed is also located in the living room for 2 people in recovery.
You will find in the bathroom an Italian shower, a washbasin cabinet, a washing machine and a hair dryer.
Shower towels, sheets and kitchen towels are provided. A cot and a highchair available
The internet connection via WIFI is accessible free of charge around the reception or the swimming pool.
Small animals are accepted provided they are kept on a leash in the residence (no fencing).
Outside you will find a garden table with 4 chairs and a chest with beach toys for children.

Maisonette redone entirely with new amenities, everything is there to spend a pleasant holiday.

Adresse à retenir

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour. La location est conforme à l’annonce. La piscine est impeccable et sécurisée pour les enfants. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et facilement joignable. Nous retenons l’adresse pour un prochain séjour !
