This superb new luxury villa is located 7 minutes from the beaches and shops of Sainte-Luce.

It can accommodate 6 people in its 2 air-conditioned bedrooms and its very comfortable convertible sofa. You can choose a double bed or 2 separate beds in one of the bedrooms.

Its living room open onto the terrace and the swimming pool provides a feeling of escape and space.

Its private salt pool offers a very intimate setting. The decoration, furniture and bedding are new and of high quality (level 4 *).

Very clean and luxurious.

The property lies quietly and has a beautiful view on the island. Very clean house with all facilities you need. Nice swimming pool - small, but refreshing. The property is difficult to teach due to the steep roads towards it. So be prepared, the location is a bit remote... The location is nice if you have time and a car.

Très bel endroit. Un peu difficile d’accès mais on s’y habitue. Entourage calme et bien entretenu. Nos hôtes, Sylvia et Frank très réactifs à nos demandes et à l’écoute de nos besoins. Je le recommande fortement pour ceux qui veulent de la tranquillité et profiter de la piscine. Le seul inconvénient: besoin d’une voiture pour se rendre sur les différentes plages

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. Villa très bien équipée, tout à fait conforme au descriptif. Pot d'accueil à l'arrivée "Rhum et citron vert" mais aussi eau, jus de fruits, beurre, confiture, pain, pâtes ... Un grand merci à Franck et Sylvia pour votre accueil et votre bienveillance. La Villa Tim : un petit cocon au paradis.

Agréable séjour à la Villa Tim. Villa très bien située pour rayonner sur l'île. Villa bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Propriétaires bienveillants et très serviables (pot d'accueil, premières courses...). Un grand merci à Franck et Sylvia.
