Our apartment is a bright three-room apartment of 70 square meters, with a beautiful living room, a fitted kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom and a large covered terrace. The living room, furnished with attention to detail and refined style, characterized by a very comfortable sofa, is the center of the home and opens, as all premises, on the terrace. The terrace, cool and windy, stretches the entire length of the apartment, has a relaxation area with comfortable loungers and, in warm weather, is ideal for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The kitchen is functional, complete with dishes and equipped with electric stove, oven and dish washer. The master bedroom and a second bedroom with twin beds can comfortably accommodate four adults. A fantastic swimming pool, a short walk from the apartment, is reserved for guests of the residence. The apartment is located within the Riviera Golf Residence, accessible only by guests. The residence is surrounded by the prestigious golf of Riviera Golf de Barbossi. The location is strategic: the sea with its beaches, the center of Cannes and the Esterel mountains are very close. All the centers of the French Riviera, Juan Les Pins, Antibes, Nice, Saint Tropez and the inland villages are easily accessible, even to the motorway. All services, supermarket, railway station, airport, hospital and pharmacies, are within a few kilometers. Our apartment is perfect for those who love golf, the sea, sport, nature, but also the culture, shopping, the Cannes Film Festival, or the lives and events characteristic of the French Riviera.
