You are alone on the top floor of the chalet + garage on one level in an exceptional setting (view, location of the chalet) and very rare convenience in ski resort for the comings and goings (unloading / loading cars, shopping, lunch break at the chalet) because on one level on the street you occupy the only apartment under roof and high ceilings of the chalet Bugatti, all living rooms enjoy the magnificent panoramic view south, 6 to 8 fixed beds with the same level garage , parking, ski storage, storage and laundry.
The apartment has just been enlarged (surface of about 70m2) and completely renovated in a cozy "Chalet" style and atmosphere under the roof beams on 2 levels with noble materials (stone and wood), it consists of:
Living room opening onto a balcony, sitting area overlooking a covered terrace where you can have lunch or relax admiring the view, kitchen (oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge), bedroom with double bed overlooking a balcony, 1 bathroom with tub and toilet, 1 shower room, separate WC
1 storage compartment accessible from the apartment with a washing machine
1 adjoining outdoor storage room.
Upstairs: a very bright mezzanine overlooking the valley with 2 single beds and 1 double bed; a separate alcove of 5m2 with double bed;
So in total 8 fixed beds. Ideal for 6 adults or 4 adults and 4 children.
The sleeping configuration is as follows:
1 / on the ground floor, a room with 1 double bed
2 / upstairs, a mezzanine space with double bed and 2 single beds
3 / upstairs always an alcove with 1 double bed.
Important note: The mezzanine and the alcove are separated by a landing and 2 blackout curtains but no door.

Points for attention:
1 / SHEETS: Included in the service but billed separately in addition to the rental price: complete sets sheets / duvet cover / pillowcase at cost price laundry of 12.50 euros / single bed, 16.50 euros / double bed (no cover) + 10 euros of transport costs.
2 / CLEANING:
The final cleaning is to be done by the tenants.
The places must be returned in the state of entry in hiring.
A "cleaning" deposit of € 75.00 will be required upon arrival.
It is possible to agree, on the spot, with the person in charge of your reception,
to make carry out the cleaning after stay by its services, for 75,00 €.
In this case, no deposit will be required.
3 / GARAGE:
In addition to the outdoor parking space a small garage for a vehicle is available but you must attach yourself to free pedestrian access from the inside to the second parking space in the garage (the vehicle can not exceed 4.30m in length - so leave a minimum passage of 30 cms - and pay attention to the wall during maneuvers!).
4 / CAUTION:
A deposit of 800 euros will be required by bank transfer or check before handing over the keys. It will be returned by bank transfer or check at the end of the stay.
Description of the places:
It will be sent to you before you enter the premises.
You will have to count on your arrival on site 24 hours to assure you and announce us that nothing is missing, that everything is in good working order and that the state of cleanliness is satisfactory.

Fabulous Apartment
Gorgeous apartment with stunning views. Perfect location. 2 min walk to lifts at Les Eucherts and shops bars and restaurants. Apartment has everything you could need. Great host who is very friendly and informative. Can't recommend highly enough.

Location du dimanche au dimanche un vrai plus pour la route . Appartement près des pistes et bien aménagé avec du charme . Bon séjour . Les locations restent quand même chère pendant les périodes scolaires.

Semaine à la Rosière
Premièrement, appartement avec localisation parfaite. Proche des commerces, restos et départ des remontées 😁 Parking aisé grâce à l'emplacement prévu au pied du chalet. Concernant l'appartement, petit mais cosy. Espace open space à l'étage pas évident niveau intimité. L'appartement est très bien muni d appareils de cuisine et de vaisselle en suffisance. L'espace y est tout à fait correct pour un appart au ski. Cependant l'espace salon pourrait bénéficier d un canapé supplémentaire a 4 ça va a 6/7 ça doit t vraiment être compliqué. La terrasse et la vue sont extra ! Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette belle location.
