This is the ultimate luxury for a holiday rental on the Mediterranean coast. Wake up to views of the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean & the golden sandy beach of Campello from the comfort of your own bed. Indulge in luxury bedding, state-of-the art shower room & kitchen, terrace (now heated and with glazing for further winter comfort and child safety) with sofas & breathtaking sea views. And as if that isn't enough, just walk out on to the promenade & beach or relax around the tropical pool set in the very grounds of the apartment. If you are in to sports, this is your paradise. Work out at the private gymnasium, have a go at squash, play tennis in the private tennis courts or even 5 aside football. Or for something more leisurely, have fun at the private mini-golf course, enjoy a drink at the private bar or have a barbecue by the pool in tropical surroundings. And if you have children, there is no better place to be. Your children can play safely in the children's swimming pool, outdoor or indoor play area whilst you relax in the bar, (but please be aware that the complex observes Spanish Siesta and the pool is closed from 3.30pm each day for a couple of hours.)

About Jolyon Potter

We are an older couple who have enjoyed holidays with our children in this lovely resort over many years. We are looking forward to spending more time in Campello with our grandchildren and periods during the winter months when the weather is mild and there is still plenty to do and see.

Why Jolyon Potter chose Alicante Area

We chose this property because of its proximity to Alicante airport with direct flights from the North-East of England. It has excellent transport links which means that after a life time of driving all over Europe for holidays we no longer need to worry about having a car. There is a Lidl supermarket within five minutes walk and a larger Mercadona within ten minutes walk. The beach is in front of the apartment and any number of bars and restaurants along the esplanade. Evenings are a real joy strolling along the beach front trying to decide which bar, or restaurant you will try next.

What makes this apartment unique

A few minutes stroll from the flat into the crystal clear waters of the Med. Need we say more. Oh, and plenty of activity for the children in the gated compound of the development in the summer months.

There is a100mb download fibre optic feed allowing for streaming speed internet, WiFi and a full UK channel TV package and some other EU channels.

Notes:
The property is managed for us by an expatriat Englishman and his Colombian wife who live close by in Busot and are on hand to meet and greet, or help with any enquiries you may have during your stay. We are able to arrange taxi transfers to and from Alicante airport at competitive rates, making a car unnecessary.

My toddler will be so depressed to leave

Great location , everything was close by . Pool was clean and beach was very well looked after . Cot bed was the large size with a proper mattress . The only improvement I could say if you don't want to sleep with ac as per your advice for health and safety fans should be supplied as it's pretty hot here . Safety glass on balcony was a great idea if you have toddlers who like to climb . Tv had lots of choices with movies etc and wifi signal was good . Kitchen had everything we needed. High chair was supplied but no safety harness for smaller children . Water temp was fantastic and we would definitely return

We have visited Campello many times over the last 16 years and this is the best apartment we have stayed in. Hence the return visit which I can assure will not be our last!

Cracking apartment, perfect location!

Beach is on the doorstep, ideal!

Promanade about 1.5 mile long, lovely walk along where there a harbour at the end and a fantastic ice cream shop, Mila. kids loved the walk along to see the boats and to go in and out of the shops.

Really nice feeling to the place, mostly Spanish residents or visitors. Promanade and beach is really clean and well kept. Lovely resteraunts and bars. Everyone very friendly.

In One place, we mentioned we weren't happy with a few things we'd ordered. Very apologetic and they wiped the whole bill (although we did insist that we at least payed for our drinks).

The apartment is well kept and has everything you could need, kitchen equipment etc.

The views from the balcony made it for us. The 6 of us could sit comfortably and enjoy the views, day or night.

The apartment block is also well kept, pool area is lovely, lots of places to sit in the sun and shaded areas too for the kids.

The cafe was cheap for drinks and staff were friendly (didn't try the food but many of the residents seemed to enjoy it).

The only issue we had is that the pool closes from 3.30 to 5.30 for the Spanish siesta. We either had to go a walk or sit in the apartment till 5.30. With 2 small kids who just wanted to be in the pool all day, this was an issue. Nothing that can be done about it however, felt I should mention it for others as we weren't aware of this beforehand.

Overall we had a fantastic time and I would recommend to others.

Fantastic

Enjoyed a much needed break in this apartment and couldn't have asked for better, right on the seafront with amazing views, with plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants within 5 minute walk and supermarket 5 minute walk as well. Apartment it's self has everything you need for a break away and the complex has two pools, tennis court, basketball, footie pitch and mini golf. Will definitely be returning.

Super apartment overlooking wonderful beach!

Another great holiday! Have been to this apartment 3 times now and always a pleasure to stay there. Phil at falconery came to our assistance when required. Restaurants and bars are great and the lovely Asian restaurant at the back of the apartment remains our favourite place to dine. Hopefully the swimming pool wil be in use next time we go! Will definitely return very soon.

The accomodation was lovely, the apartment was clean and well presented. The view from the balcony was fantastic with an uninterrupted view of the sea. We had a fantastic holiday and will look to rebook.

The only down side to the stay was that there were major works taking place in one of the apartments on the 13th floor. The last two days of our holiday were spoilt as the workmen were using hammer drills to take the tiles off the walls in the apartment. The workmen were also using the only lift to ferry the products up to the 13th floor, thus leaving the lift in a dusty and dirty condition. We found that we couldn't use the aprtment the last two days of out stay due to the noise.

This does not detract from the fact that the apartment we were in being fantastic. Maybe the owner of the apartment being worked on should have informed the other residents to warn them of the work being carried out.
