A stunning house for rent at Hameau De Chateau L'Arc, a beautiful 17th century hamlet set in the heart of Provence. Located within the Sainte Victoire Golf Club and on the grounds of Chateau L'Arc. This property is just 15 minutes from the stylish town of Aix-en-Provence, and a short drive from the beaches and calanques of Cassis. It has the added benefit of being with easy distance from St. Tropez and Nice.

This property has four bedrooms - including two en suites, with the capacity to sleep up to 10 people. There is a spacious kitchen, living room and dining room, and a private garden with two terraces. Plus there is a communal swimming pool and easy access to tennis and golf.

The hameau is located at the foot of the Sainte Victoire - Paul Cézzane's favourite mountain, which sclaes more than 1,000 metres, providing plenty of opportunity for nature lovers to explore.

A beautiful house in a fantastic setting

Part of a group of houses in the grounds of a chateau, with wonderful views of Mont Sainte Victoire. Spacious for 8 people, very comfortable, a really big pool shared between all the houses. We made use of the golf driving range and the tennis court, but it wouldn't matter if you had no interest in golf!

Easy access to the cultural delights of Aix, and we walked to the top of Mont Sainte Victoire, which was strenuous but worth it! Fabulous views from the Cross. Also visited the abbey at Le Thoronet, and went up to the Luberon.

Very helpful agent, who was accessible for any queries.

Would definitely recommend this house.

Great holiday

I booked this fantastic property for a week in October/nov. Located within the golf course grounds in a small private estate. Even though it appears nature pure you are only a short distance from supermarkets local shops and restaurants.whether you want to walk hike or shop in Aix everything is available. A shared pool is also available to cool down or more active perhaps golf - even for learners. To be honest their is so much to see and do, one week is not long enough. I am sure you will be back for more once you have tried this very resonably priced property. Book now.

An excellent holiday home

A splendid house inside and out, well decorated and equipped with all household needs. A quiet location and good stepping off point for the nearby town of Aix-en-Provence and wonderful countryside as well as the coastal resorts. Well recommended.

Stunning location that will take your breath away.

Our stay was simply amazing. Having two young children we wanted a balance between adventure and fun packed days but also some quiet time to sit, relax in the garden and sip a glass or two of the local wines...... This location fitted the bill perfectly.

We arrived to a well presented, clean and very spacious house, that we had booked with another family that had two adults and three children. In total four adults and five children, but this left plenty of room for all and at no time did I feel cramped or claustrophobic.

The bedrooms were well presented, spacious and very comfortable and had plenty of room for storage. It was the main communal areas inside the property that made the holiday work well for us. Plenty of space to relax with a book, entertain the children or check your emails BUT only if you wanted to escape the fabulous garden.

From the patio area next to the kitchen for convenient refills of empty glasses, to the rope swing that kept our 'ipad generation' children occupied for hours on end. The stress levels were ebbing away in the peace and quiet that was only interrupted by the noise and laughter of contented children.

With this being my first visit to this part of France exploring was something that we all wanted to do. We made full use of the internet to plan our visits to both the local area and trips further afield. Combined with Sat Nav we became quite the explorers finding many tranquil locations both on and off of the beaten track. This included shops and bakeries within minutes of the house for fresh bread, locally made jams and juice.

Slow relaxed breakfasts with great coffee became the standard start to the day and if care wasn't taken could easily stretch well towards lunch! The local area was great for walks and we found a small well presented eatery just five minutes away where we could watch the golfers and enjoy the scenery as the sun went down.

I would recommend this property and location to couples and families alike, and we are already making plans to visit in the summer.
